Damn, game three was going to be crucial no matter what, as it is a must win for the Mavs. This just made the series as a whole a lot more interesting.

  2. That fucking sucks. Dallas gets new life with this

man this sucks. he was absolutely cooking, and was a bunch of fun to watch.

Hate it when it happens during the series. This sucks from a competitive standpoint.

So it’s a serious injury but he’s also day to day?

Sounds like Boston is trying to keep Dallas on their toes? Who knows, this is a different one, no idea what to expect.

    Porzingis is a fantastic player,

The biggest problem is that his body physically can not be relied upon to play 10 games in a row.

Mavs desperately wanted him to work out for us but it just never could because of this exact reason. (And Rick hated him).

This truly sucks for him and the Celtics but it was an extremely possible scenario. Not like a freak brown or Tatum injury this was always in the cards.

Welp next man up, this is what they brought in Xavier Tillman for LOL. He might be more effective than Kornet but who knows, he seemed to get no minutes on the Celtics since the trade

Title is a partial quote missing context. He might still play. “He’s doing everything he can to be ready for Game 3…..We are putting it (whether he will play) in the hands of our medical staff”.

If there was ever a time for Tatum to break his shooting slump and end the narratives about him, it’s now.

If this brings back Mavs alley oops we might have a series.

Feel bad for this dude. Great player who just can’t stay healthy.

Tatum needs to wake the fuck up and start dropping 30

No way was this is a day-to-day thing. Unfortunate

Fuck man. I think we’re legit unbeatable if he’s healthy and playing. But if he’s out that changes a lot

I’m rooting for Dallas but feel bad for Kristaps. Every time he starts flashing he gets hurt. This was shaping up to be a legacy series for him. Will be very interesting to see how the dynamic changes with him out. Lively has only had 4 fg attempts. And the Dallas bigs have been forced to follow Kristaps out to the three point line which has allowed Boston to drive and cut to the basket with great success. With him out it allows Dallas to better defend the paint areas.

Live by the injury bug, probably not die by it but it sure makes things a little more interesting?

Tatum at the 5 and Finals MVP close out games incoming

He was their best player the first two games. Legit could’ve got a FMVP

Only way this seriously jeopardizes the Celtics title is if Horford can’t punish the Mavericks from 3 and Tatum continues to shoot historically bad. I highly doubt either continues.
