LEGENDS 34 EP11.2 “Cadillac” Anderson (Detroit Pistons, MJ Fight, Bill Laimbeer, Wemby)

the microwave was out there just got here man but they were and then they had John S too yeah but uh they was you you could expect to get hit right right expect to get hit I mean I mean they you just got to hit them before they hit you I guess how how how many fights did you have at your in your NBA career you got into the squabs actually you had a fight against Mike yeah we well they broke it up but but but but but he was coming after me because uh I don’t know if yall seen that Mike was coming after you yeah yeah yeah I I had gave him a heart fall in Chicago yeah and um and and um we in the playoff yeah so now next game we coming to Milwaukee right you know so when I fought him I got on my phone so when I F him he hit the flow which it was a good fall it wasn’t cuz he got Mike had a a move he’ll come Baseline and for a big guy he’ll turn his back to and kind of sit on you yeah and so you can hold him up then he he’ll come out with that little right so so when he did that he turned when he turned and by just when he get ready to come out well I was behind him I and by the time he came I caught the ball and I put it back on him right but but my momentum was offensively Jordan just oh and Jordan goes down hard and he looks trainer immediately to his side well he takes it to the basket and and they get on top of the ball that’s what happens and then right there Cadillac Anderson has him and he tried to grab him but he couldn’t hold on to him my momentum was going back and his moment so it had space so he hit the floow right and oh he laid there for a while yeah and D Harris I don’t know what he think about the Nick play we come in the game he want to call a play for me you know they coming he trying to give me two out give me just but anyway uh Mike came out said it wasn’t like a dir play man it was dirty F but it wasn’t a dirty fault he said but when they come to to Milwaukee right John Pax him driving I I kind of knocked him out the b spr so they all try to jump try to jump F I had Al Robinson on my team we I got kicked out of game Alvin ain’t going to let you Alvin GNA stand with you yeah I know Alvin ain’t going to stand in yeah so so so oh so they kicked you out they kick me out okay that’s what I was going to ask what would did they give you FL you know back in them days they like you well back back back in them days a technical F was $100 wow wow a technical two two te was 200 like 300 yeah so so after that fall I did on Mike they came out with a flag and flow after that yeah wow cuz I would I probably would have got a a flagrant to suspended and a and a fine yeah now watch this I got him pretty good this going to set it off who won that series out of uh Milwaukee and Chicago Chicago beat us they beat y’all yeah beat okay but but it was always a good series yeah it was always a uh uh I say like that like Houston San Antonio it’s it’s Grudge okay it’s uh they number like 85 or Midwest yeah yeah so so we but we always played Dale Harris had a strategy he we always played them the best we contain Mike the best yeah yeah yeah you got Alvin Robertson man was was mon creef on that team no no uh it was it was uh Ricky piis Paul Presley Paul Presley uh Jay hum little Guard from Phoenix right right y’all had people to put on him well Alin you know Alvin was the dog yeah yeah Rick Pi Ain gonna play no defense Paul Paul P will give you something you know long arm yeah but you had me and Jack Sigma and u u had some more guys pretty good yeah got a couple more we out soon I can’t help can’t help but ask but you’re in the league of you’re playing in the league with Michael Jordan mhm is there any hindsight there or or Insight or at what point it’s like man this guy’s going to win all the Rings or no he’s not really that good at the time like M Mike was just a winner man Mike Mike try to win everything he do yeah you you play a card game he going to try to win that he play golf he going to try to win that I mean it just it was just in his you know you know in his bloodline I mean he he ain’t going to stop him until he win I mean you can play cards with him and and win1 15,000 you know what we going to say oh let double nothing let’s double nothing he got the money to double nothing he’ll be mad at me no I ain’t D nothing I that 15 by mik see y’all tomorrow I start with 500 I got 15 I’m going exactly I’m already I ain’t making 5 million like you he he he he can get it in I when he want to play he can get it in and then you add a robman to to him yeah yeah I mean all he got to come straight on that is just doing his job mhm Mike played with a bunch of guys I can’t say this about Chicago everyone those players did their job yeah but if a Paxton or Steve um cry they knew when Mike kick that ball their job was to hit that shot right right he going to do whatever he can if he pass it to you that mean you open yeah Scott it know his job Michael I I heard Mike say uh we play him in Chicago me Vernon Maxwell was on team in Chicago I mean in San Antonio me it was like a mix breed team [ __ ] me ver Maxwell Dominique wil yeah that was that was a year before Duncan that was the year that that we got came yeah that was the year that we dve rinson end up sitting out the whole oh yeah and then dun came the next year then dunan came yeah so I went to Atlanta after that because they had they had too many bigs they had me will Purdue Charles Smith donin coming and David yeah Charles Smith yeah yeah that’s a whole another story that’s inside joke yeah yeah so so uh so we playing Chicago so Mike I hear Mike tell Scotty hey man you know you take it tonight I’m here but you take it tonight not I ain’t really feeling so here come Maxwell like a kid he man I say he going to come of lay back Maxwell get all over the man piss the man off man come over he going to H at me hurry up Max he can out run M yeah he telling me hurry up taking I I’m he spin out like man trying to get his money back my rotator cup I trying to get you over you you one you the one poke that Bell not me so check this out you just said something that caught my in man I remember that year cuz like I say that’s the year before they drafted Duncan what was it like to have Maxwell and Dominique on the same team I have to interject here I have to if my history serves me correct I believe he tore out an Achilles who Dominique and reconstructed and then play for the Spurs well no he he he blew his leg out in in Atlanta yeah and then went he went to the Clippers they traded for Danny Manning but saying by the time he playing with he got he had a reconstructed yeah yeah he he he was pass his prime but he could still get but that’s I’m saying that’s an amazing thing he came back from an injury that players don’t come back from he still wasn’t passing the ball he was black hole mine I’m still Dominique but him and Max on the same [Music] gohe we had we had a um poit coach yeah and we had a u and we running a play so P was trying to get Sean ell to post MW up so they kept running the play so M wouldn’t let him get to the post You Know M you know he fight me m on second team so we we fighting and fighting and fighting so still trying to get Shan to the post right so so after why it start getting heated so so Max and Sean end up getting into it because M would let get to the post so Sean and and and Dav them supposed to know all this Jitsu karate all this old [ __ ] El so Magwell went hood on he just got up under and just dump before he had a chance to you use it now yeah trying to get all the skill so so mat got up on so here come Dominique grabbing Matt M man it was so hilarious put the wings on you put man them behind the scen and them practic oh man it was so funny man I couldn’t remember man if it was social media back then bro oh Lord prac be I prac be hilarious man yeah yeah that is crazy but dve R look like Sean say I did all over CU man I needed that yeah he needed that yeah let me let me ask you this here cuz um back in in your day playing the league it was normal to see two big men out there on the court same time starting you know you you every team going have a 610 seven fo Center 610 69 power forward they might run too bigs at the same time then it kind of got away from that with the small ball Now you kind of seeing that coming back a little teams are getting bigger again um why why do you think do you think that’s just a a point of how the game just comes back around or why do you think now they going everybody going big again I I I know you know it’s it’s it’s strange you said that because I noticed that more yeah this year in the playoffs uh you got more guy playing to build a rim it’s just that Milwaukee I not milwauker Minnesota yeah they got some great big guys now if they was in the east yeah right they probably still playing wow true because because the way the games when I played the East was more half court the West is more run right right so Dall is is they faster I mean that’s how they got by because once they start throwing them lobs to them they got behind the big guy just like this kid LCA did uh go out there you know people put him on the island yeah man he couldn’t get his feet wor he was that was ugly what what what what really made that play work yeah is when the big got clear completely out yeah yeah he he he he didn’t hang around he didn’t give the guy a chance to think about getting back so they can get back right he just immediately took off toward the Baseline right right and that once Lucas saw that his eyes open up he said I got this yeah he gone yeah but if if he hung around that area yeah that play would have never it would have never developed cuz he he he had to come back off the other way yeah but yeah but but it didn’t happen that but but no it’s it is changing back like you say and I like that because I mean don’t get out golden state was a great team to watch but all that threes before you you really you just paying from three-point line to three-point line yeah three-point line and three-point line I mean and you ain’t giving a big and the big the big dudes these days not man it ain’t but ain’t but a couple of big dudes that can even post up no more man they can’t they can’t they they can’t play with the back to the basketball why they don’t teach that no more well car car Malone and John stock made a living at this yeah if Carl wasn’t poting up the screening roll if if Carl pop John going to get to him car Ro going to get it to him yeah I I just don’t think the the guard really trying to get it to him yeah to be honest with you I mean that is K read cuz they veteran right right they they know where and when and you know they kind of scatch the defense a little bit they kind of like daa do you right but but a lot of these young guys they go so fast they don’t they don’t get a big guy chance to get down and even a lot of the big dudes that play now it’s more alop it’s more LS it ain’t too many guy outside of Joker and embiid you can’t really think of no big guy that you can just bring it down dump it down and let them eat cuz they just don’t have that skill set no no I mean it ain’t like the it ain’t like the dream that you could get to him and and just let him go to work yeah or even Dave Rob I mean you give Dave Rob I mean I got to give it D he he was the type of player he could put team on his shoulder yeah and know and if you’re a big guy you got to know you got to put this team on your shoulder you got to go 82 game yeah ain’t no 20 and I’m going to take a break and I no you got to be ready cuz we coming through you and one thing about David he and coming through you you got to take care of your body you got to take care you got to be ready David was machine David was was cut let me ask you this real quick uh this Legends 34 all right go ahead go ahead if dream played in today’s game with his same game what kind of player do you think he would be even without having to shoot which I shooting threes he would he would he would be successful yeah yeah yeah he he would be better than be would he dominate okay well that’s all I yeah we need to know yeah I agree yeah it be better I mean he and with the way they call him Falls now yeah oh I mean I mean MB get his MB get more calls on him when somebody jump he jump into him got act like going to shoot then act shooting the ball got like a guard would do you draw a f lean yeah I mean which I think is a yeah is a sorry fou you know but I mean they go to the line for that and and they look to call that right right and but yeah you know it like dream I could tell a ref man He travel mhm you going to say well now that’s his move yeah so whether he did or not the travel so where do the traveling come in at yeah hey K you think he’s open the P Pandora’s Box go ahead you got to tell us some of your favorite refs and some of the refs you didn’t like oh man I like that U he L Le with the with the legendary I like the dick I like the dicka dick a good guy huh yeah he one of my he was reing always in his almost 80s or what uh Errol was good Errol ER strong Errol strong was good U what about jabby man yeah I about say who the guy you didn’t like man ja was goodful man he jab tee you up man just jab get you was kind of different it’s it’s just jab it it’s just sometime he with you sometime he not see Clyde Clyde you know I don’t know Clyde personally I know you do but he seemed like just a laidback mile man Clyde was ready to Swang on Jake o Don yeah Jake o’ Donald remember in the playoffs wow he’s charging over to Jake o he’s gone now he’s out of the game and that’s very unfortunate and Drex has been booted from the ball game had Jake is bad Jake is bad Jake is one of my worst yeah yeah Jake one of my worst uh Lou Lou uh Lou U little Lou uh call uh he was bad too you think them cats was was was rigging them games back then some of them some of well the one the ones the one who who do the uh what’s his name now uh um the um Steve Steve Steve who what referees Steve Javy yeah Steve ja yeah he he’s in the in the in the book replay see see he got caught doing that yeah yeah so yeah yeah yeah uh uh Eddie Rush was good too Ed R you had Ed and Eddie you had a black and white right right right right right uh but yeah they yeah they can change they could keep the points right yeah man yeah man and they was doing it I saw some stuff man they was doing it and the I know the referees they they wouldn’t just making a lot of money back then so it had to be some oh no it’s it’s been said that they keep the game tight or they keep the game within the within the point spread so you if you were the team that they wanted to win y’ just come out there and just beat the hell out of them so they couldn’t even have man man I didn’t know I was I was young yeah and but I found out later on why why would I didn’t know people bet how they bet yeah I was in San Antonio I was a starter and the guy called my hotel room somebody called my hotel room and I picked the phone up hello hey hey say say are you starting tonight my yeah what and hang the phone up because cuz I was I was injured but I was going to play but if I wasn’t going to play it was going to be a point spread different they changing that bet yeah they got yeah they bet was going I didn’t catch on to it until until they start talking about hey so that’s why you when you get the the guy like the David Robertson we know we know it’s just kind of funny we know that when we on the road if we every road trip they they change his name it nor going to be a cartoon character gotcha they say hey dve Robinson you want to call dve room ask for Fred frone yeah oh you want to call wow okay because if if everybody if dve Rob got his room by dve Rob people from the outside be called so who call who you never knew who called your phone that night I never knew and were they calling for Indiana Jones or what was your nickname at the time I didn’t know about the nickname then I mean back then we all just had all Greg room hey can you me Greg my room that’s what it was but they was calling to to see if you was injured are you that’s what they say game day decision so they can know how they game time decision yeah they got know how they they how they know how to bet the punch for right if I’m averaging 18 and I don’t play where a possible chance the points play going to be greater yeah if I play F going to be sh yeah he just hang the phone up like what that was but then but then I had to learn Bing I mean they bet on who’s starting right right they bet on who starting they got all kind of crazy bets out there just draft King stuff yeah that’s old n it’s okay now yeah yeah well there’s a headline this morning that broke if y’all a follow on this MLB player banned for life short stop for the Pirates the the kids from from the got lucky yeah that picture who got real lucky the other guy was betting on him the translator whatever yeah he probably took the fall if Johnny Bench can’t do it I mean p Ro can’t do it I mean what make they these guys yeah we went over that all this show about the Pete Rose and what you’ll be surprised man you’ll be surprised you probably got NBA players been but you know what man this what I want cuz you know like I said Michael Porter Jr brother just got but he wasn’t on that level yet but when you making that kind of money man I think that you more so have to have just a gambling addiction to make it cuz you ain’t doing it for the money if you make it so if to me if you doing it’s like you just you just hooked on gambling or something man but that it is is is You’ be surprised uh it’s some guys I know man in the league now they making the most money man and they still go in gamma and want to make 30,000 40,000 a game it’s a thrill man the playing is draft I mean playing playing is online business yeah yeah me D draft different stuff like that I mean I mean guy making a kill I I want I want to say Mike got one of them line yeah and he he own the team oh you know you know Mike he love the gamble though yeah that was his thing yeah yeah he love the gamble but but but that gambling took took Sports to hold another level yeah yeah why why now uh that’s why I wouldn’t be surprised in the next couple years if if draft King come in and want to be a sponsor with the NBA and get them2 billion cuz they make that type of money it’s just like y 2K they gave hey we want be we want be the face how much y’all Char the NBA say two billion yeah they paid them up before the time was up oh yeah that’s why say no give each player a million dollars right give R retired players a million doll yeah man what you think about that cuz I know I know NBA player play a certain amount of years y’all get a pension and all that but you still got a whole lot of guys that played long before you was in the league those older guys that they used to have to work regular jobs well well well well guys in the ABA guys in ABA was just a handful of them they one guy here not too long ago he died a older guy waiting for a increase man he getting getting like 300 they W give him about $100 a year they played wow exactly I mean we just gave them yeah increase because they had uh I want to say that they gave us 25 million and we gave it to the guys yeah to to the older guys but but what they should have did excuse me what they should have did was these guys are making these young players are making beside their contract off of their license and they making $500,000 a year right we made when I was in the league we got like 120 H right so the league said some years ago I want to say Chris Paul and LeBron turned it down yeah the Le say we’ll tell you what we’ll do we’ll take y license money and split it with the retired player if a guy played 10 years he get so much he played five years get so much but y’all don’t have to pay taxes on the money we going to play it yeah you know what they said now we want all our money man still going to have to pay 3 4 35% tax brackets on tax so why so why not give half of it come on to retire player come on man that’s tough man but it come back to hurt hurt their classmates because you looking at this kid who play with LeBron who did LeBron he out on the street right he probably could you that talk about Delante West yeah he probably could use 100,000 a year yeah yeah yeah like the older players who play back in the days um some of those guys they they got to still be struggling financially man with all these billions of dollars that the NBA generate now what can be put in place to kind of help those guys who built the league they the reason why you making all this money right now well I like I was like I was like we was talking about earlier we just recently gave the the ABA players um some money now here’s a catcher that’s that’s scary the in the see the the league do give us health insurance yeah but you have to play a certain amount of years I play 10 I’m fooing right right me my wife or my grand whatever but if you play five you get you get so much I’ve seen guys I’ve seen guys miss this opportunity by one game man oh boy and need it it might not get the full yeah something got to change it it’s one game you if you been like like like like Chris wasburn yeah he banned out The League he banned the the wor thing he could have did what he should have did even if he wasn’t going to come back and play in the league he should have came back and got the life banned off of him right like Ro toy did right right that that puts you in position for your pension yeah it put you in position for you played five years at least you have five years with the health insurance right it was a guy that played in the league um I forgot his name is a little guard and um he needed a certain amount of games to play to qualify for his pin he had been playing like four years he needed a few more games um somebody signed him they signed him just so he could get those games in so when you said about the guy who needed one game why why wouldn’t a team just sign that guy man well it’s it’s it’s it’s it’s it’s well it wasn’t out there then yeah like it is now gotcha you know uh thank God I mean I mean health insurance is high yeah no question and and in in NBA I got good health insurance and and I’m thankful for it right but I’m thankful to played 10 years too well 12 as a professional I played in Italy year and I played in Argentina but and 10 is the cut off I mean you you Karem played 40 but he can’t only count him for 10 MOS played 20 but he only count him for 10 but you know you know they older guys but but um it’s it’s scary because I don’t know why the younger guys don’t contribute put more to the older guys because they don’t I mean come on dude the dude getting $500,000 a year license and money that that ain’t part a contract right right you got I mean and and and they so blind some of them some of them so blind to where they giv their Asian a part of that man it’s already coming right what are you doing he didn’t have to negotiate for that anyway yeah so the agan don’t want the the the Asian don’t want them to try to help us because it going to cut they 10 or 15% out and they already getting a percentage of your contract which which which which which I think if you Ray Allen is probably one of the smallest C I ever seen Ray Allen say okay when they came out with the with the maximum right 96 million 5 years whatever okay I’m a good enough player I’m going to get the maximum what I need you agent come to talk to me to try to give me the 96 when you saying you going to give me the 96 they going to pay you anyway I just pay a law you read over the contract I’m stand NBA contract paying by hour see that’s the that’s same Lamar Jackson NFL they said the same thing about Jaylen Brown now that’s with the Celtics now like they say he negotiated his deal and all that’s I said that when I was young and dumb I’m like if I’m a great player and the league want me they gonna pay me regardless I don’t need to include somebody else that’s going to take a bunch of my money you know what got me kicked out The League well not kicked out but not eased out the dop EAS out do when they came with the new collector bar agreement for guys who have 10 years in the league of B they have to make 1.4 million it’s no argument your contract if you play 10 years you get 1.4 million veterans minimum right that’s the veteran Min got you got you got you that was the veteran minimum it was like whatever I mean I inl making 500 whatever 600 they say 1.4 oh man you just a good guy man you good you good locker room guy they a going to get a good locker room guy one4 right unless you’re a superstar right right unless he Patrick y sitting on the Ben with Orlando right right knowing he ain’t going to play but he going to be like a little Mentor they get him that for one or two years they Ain going to get to him for no TMO yeah right right so that D John Wall anybody I’m sorry I could help it yeah they didn’t want to give you that yeah that that that puts you they can say well I go get two younger kids and give them 700,000 a piece right right and see what I got I just take a chance with him yeah yeah oh Cadillac been there 10 years he a we ain’t we ain’t going through him yeah so readed man I mean but stuff like that pushes you out yeah but then when stuff like come up now like how you saying about the money they should take that in consideration yeah well this guy got pushed out the lead because be because of this he might would have played another year or two yeah yeah I saw I I don’t remember what Charles Barkley was saying but he said something along those lines like every player should give a piece of their salary to I think he was talking about the older players that played in the P I believe that because I’m like especially in this uh day and AG with the economics and the NBA now you got guys that’s making 20 million you got regular you got regular guys you game getting cont Le now no $8 million see what I’m saying the average that’s low on toal I’m the 12 man getting 8 million I’m on the bench doing this good shot good shot Yiannis yeah but but that’s my point if you in the league you you getting 8 million five at least five right right and back then it was a 12 man R now is 15 yeah and then the crazy part about it is you know it’s like it wouldn’t be nothing to just pull just I just have it automatic man we taking that out but I wouldn’t trust the league I feel like they’ll be taking out Jone got 300 million on the next contract for the next somebody gonna get 500 oh yeah yeah it’s going to be crazy cuz he he’s he’s a middle of the pack star player he not a superstar he’s an allar so if he getting 300 when Jason when his teammate come up when Jason Tatum come up it’s going to blow through the roof when luuka come up when Luka about say Luka he wins it this year it’s going be over it’s going to be over man going to get paid he should get paid yeah yeah it’s going to be a $500 million contract which is a perfect segue into the question I wanted to ask you right we a even brought him up yet and we’re all talking about Spurs okay your thoughts on wimy I I like the kid have you seen him play in person yet SE really how what when they came play the Rockets Pop I talk to pop I got he always leave tickets uh the Spurs organization I believe he’s your $500 million uh contract oh without I think he stays healthy yeah he’s I think I could picture him as a Kevin Durant I mean not a Kevin Durant a Kevin a Kevin Durant right Kevin Durant yeah Kevin Durant I thought I said Kevin G but Kevin Kevin Durant yeah yeah who blocks three-point Shooters that’s another very unique skill he has I don’t I don’t think I think he more like a three wow but but he get it together he get his timing down he going to be all right cuz his body type correct me if I’m wrong yeah he 19 he going to grow more into his man body but I feel like it’s only so much weight he can pick up right you know he not gonna ever get I don’t think he should get super but I don’t I don’t see him getting to David Robinson frame well well it’s it’s scary because he got lone muscles yeah and and long muscles you ain’t got to be that big to be strong right right right yeah I mean I like to see him get more stable yeah strength right in an Abal yeah but um they Rous had you just chisled up yeah man yeah yeah but I think he can be a better player than David man you know that’s that’s that’s saying a lot but but a lot of it going to be what God they got with him right right so everything got to click hand in hand and how much longer is pop going to stay in coach pop 75 you know why dve Rollins was good I bet you even know no he left-handed right yeah they go get ay Johnson he left-handed so he the guard everything go to the left right right you got right right yeah you ain’t got to worry about the guard right-handed guard trying to come back and make a tough pass gotta everything flowing that way gotcha okay see I see I ain’t know the Angles and the signs of it like yeah yeah yeah the whole the a lot of offense go from right to left yeah we went from left to we went from left to right I used to talk about this with people I can’t believe I used to be such a James Harden Advocate but I’m a Rockets fan I’m not so much anymore but back in his Heyday hard Harden going left I used to tell you it’s hard to defend right because when you face up on somebody right-handed right-handed right the the way you face up the ball’s I got the ball with my right hand and you’re defending your right handed right with a left-hander Everything Changes on the offense when James use that to his Advantage yeah yeah James a lot of left hand like that Walter Barry was like that he was a left-handed but he he couldn’t sh everything he did was left-handed he take B his back he K it with the left hand take what the hell but he get it off it’s hard to block it his right hand a know how the basketball f mean raise hand up and come here he’ll move that suck on you you be like do get all this crazy but that’s that New York basketball Yeah Yeah question personally you ever thought about getting in into coaching I I pop gave me an opportunity but I I don’t is I won like playing again really just a grind it’s just it’s a it’s a it’s a all year WR joke yeah yeah I mean it’s I’m I’m currently in the trucking business yeah I do um I do haard haard has a material I have my own rig I’ve been doing it I’ve been doing it since I got out the league uh I had trucks while I was in the league right um I had big contracts alling B for buttweiser from right here in Houston and San Antonio um I just always that was my that was my first love anyway got and I just I just stayed with it and it’s a beautiful thing man that’s a I’m I’m My Own Boss you know without a doubt that’s a beautiful thing man get your money and boss up man simple y so so that’s what I do and and that’s what I’m I’m I’m ride out with uh I got I got good money coming from the NBA so I’m I I’m good I said I had but I got one just popped in my head so do you ever like um close to the game like you might go to the gym and work a couple of guys get a few shots of you you m one that’s one of my questions do you still hoop no yeah I I’ll get this man still does I’ll still get out there a little bit but you know I didn’t play 10 years in the league either though you know they have them what them 50 up leads that’s me yeah he catch me in old school he like he he like my little part old Dwayne Rogers oh but that’s the legend there yeah oh Legend he going to play 360 a going to do all that I need to though you’ve played in some circles I’d imagine in some maybe summer leagues and like me Ros talked about this did you have an opportunity to play against George Floyd no George played in the circles around what will play I played against him in like the league in the local League the only kid the only kid I played with in that area was a kid who went to m alpha Ford show he passed away to him yes sir yeah I had I had to introduce him to he also played for U of AG yeah I had to
