ESPN: Dan Hurley calls wife an irrational child

  2. Numerous-Cicada3841

This dude really talking too much lol.

  3. movedatdope

she knows her husband gon be messing with LA hoes if he gets out there

  4. NotVexingPi3

Andrea afraid of going from Connecticut Royalty to just another housewife of Orange County

Lmao at this rate we’re gonna wind up with a 30 for 30 and a Netflix special on Dan Hurley rejecting a job offer. The guy is in a great position, heard out an offer for a new one, and ultimately chose to stay — let the man be.

Most people don’t like big changes to their life. Especially those ones who already live a comfortable life

  7. mustyballsac

LA is probably pretty dystopian compared to a small town in Connecticut

  8. Confident_Pen_919

Can we just move on already? A coach rejecting a job isnt interesting enough to be a story that lives this long

  9. FatherHaz

Never been to Connecticut, is it that nice over there?

  10. spotty15

It’s been like a week and this is still news?

    We’re fucked

  11. HokageEzio

Shockingly, most regular people do not want to pick up their entire lives and move across the country. Who’d have thought?

  12. defeated_engineer

I too would prefer New England over California.

  13. Angry and moved to tears because her husband got a job offer?

  14. goatnxtinline

Over a job offer? We dodged a bullet with the hurleys if you ask me.

  15. awibasedgod

    fucking embarrassing

Lakers dodged a huge bullet. dude would have been miserable here and gone back to college in 2 years

  16. burnt_cheezit

She had a passing thought of living in a city thats 50% hispanic and had a meltdown 💀💀💀 they get more unlikeable the more they talk about

  17. Jack_M_Steel

Bro imagine crying in a negative way because your spouse was just offered his dream job and millions of dollars

  18. Batman_in_hiding

Have some personal connections to the Hurley family and the night before the news broke the comment was “there’s no way his wife lets him take the job”

  19. Paula-Abdul-Jabbar

Once again, just like with the Lauren Holiday situation, this sub acts completely oblivious to the idea that these people have planted roots and have emotional connections and friends in these places.

Like yeah immediately bursting into tears is a little excessive, but it’s more than just because “her husband got a job offer.” They’ve lived in that area for over 10 years. She’d be leaving behind all of her friends and potentially family that live out there to go live somewhere where she doesn’t know anybody. That’s tough even if you’re rich.

  20. doctorfeelwood

Yeah I’m sure it was a real rational discussion with that reaction.

  21. caulpain

man woj really coached dan and his wife about how to go about getting this money. respect.

  22. Smooth_97

milking the last bit of attention, he’ll be getting since college ball only gets attention during march madness

  23. This is such a privileged thing to happen lol. She’s upset and angry because they might have had to move to make millions more dollars a year 😂

  24. Knock0nWood

She just really hates the Lakers that much. What can you do?

  25. purplebrown_updown

Why he out there blasting his wife like that? Just seems weird to me.

  26. K1tt3n_Mittons

The Dan Hurley “I rejected the Lakers” media tour continues. This dude’s great grandkids will be talking about how their great grandpa rejected the lakers on a talk show

  27. Notorious_DCJ4390

What kind of adult cries just because their spouse was offered a job?

  28. Bitter-Whole-7290

Okay I think we’ve had enough of this saga.

  29. CaliforniaHurricane_

This reminds me of that Tosh.o bit, she didn’t want to go to LA because she’d feel ugly in a city as extravagant as LA

  30. xenoz2020

The real reason he didn’t take the Lakers job lol

  31. AcceptablePosition5

Are we analyzing coaches’ wives now?

It’s not even off season yet

  32. Naismythology

“Angry” about a job offer seems a little wild. “How *dare* someone want to hire you???”

  33. jaxs_sax

The Lakers job will always suck as long as Lebron is there

  34. York_Villain

He’s gonna coach the Knicks when Thibs retires.

  35. 2020IsANightmare

Literally the biggest dumbass ever has LeBron at, what, at least top-5 ever?

Lakers are the marquee franchise in the league.

Obviously the Lakers job is a step-up from any college job. Even the 2x defending champs.

But, I get the comfort of staying in the college game. If they can stand to be in his presence, people will worship Hurley around campus.

Shit gets more serious in the NBA.

  36. jrzalman

What taking in too many right wing talking points about California will do to a mfer.

  37. NotAwraithMainuwu

Damn Lakers plan to get a great coach foiled by his wife.
