Full Quote: "The Sacramento Kings are going back to the well with the same trade package they offered Toronto twice for OG Anunoby and Pascal Siakam. The offer includes Harrison Barnes, Kevin Huerter and draft pick compensation. They're known to have had calls with Chicago involving Zach LaVine and Alex Caruso.

The Kings would love to keep Malik Monk and will offer him the max they can at four years, $78 million, but they realistically won't be able to match offers from teams like Detroit, Charlotte and Orlando, who are also known to have interest. That, in part, is what makes LaVine more attractive to them at a discounted price after his trade market value hit rock bottom at the deadline."

"Clint Capela is a popular trade target with the Grizzlies, Wizards, Pelicans and Bulls having expressed interest."

I will believe a trade rumor about the bulls when the trade actually happens

Feel like we can get more at the deadline. But again this FO didn’t make a single trade in the last 2 years so idek what to expect anymore

Harrison Barnes and DeMar DeRozan are big friends too. I think it was PGs podcast DeMar said Barnes is someone he still really wants to play with. Would not be suprised if DeMar has advocated for him.

Barnes is exactly who I feared PatWill will really be. Just OK.

As a Kings fan, I notice that your ownership enforces competitiveness so I guess Barnes and Huerter give you enough win-now value to keep going for that 10th seed lol. IDK just thinking realistically, seems like FO would prefer a package of starters and win-now players than anything else.

Whatever the wrong move is, I have confidence our FO will make it.

  6. All this talk the last few years has led to nothing. I’ll see it when I believe it.
