Pacers didn’t foul while up 3 in the final seconds of 4Q in Game 1 vs. Celtics

you didn’t want to fou on jayen when he caught it cuz you thought it’d be a four-point play I presume at that yeah I mean he I I thought you know as soon as I got to him um I was a little late because of the screen um you know he like he had like he was going up so I didn’t I didn’t want to do it and then when I thought when I was going to do it it was too a little too late so yeah just one of those was it’s like if you if you have an opportunity to do it you do it but it was just a judgment call like I I mean I felt like he was going to this motion like he had a pump fake like I didn’t want to you know F then and it’s a tough shot I mean like I was in front of him you know um maybe I could have cont contested it you know better but it was just yeah tough play

Pascal Siakam explains why he didn’t foul Jaylen Brown while the Pacers were up 3 in the final seconds of regulation in Game 1 vs. Celtics.

  1. i personally think they should have fouled for 2 freethrows, but it was really their last 2 turnovers that coughed up that game

  2. If he had put his hands up, the refs were going to call a foul. Did you check the free throw for both teams. The NBA wants to see Boston in the finals, and I don't blame them. I think the pacers even want to see Boston in the finals. 😅😅

  3. Siakam couldve still put his arm up. He just put his hands behind his back and tried to be away from Brown. SGA stupidly jumped up in the air. If Siakam put arm straight up, no jumping, he wouldve at least made an effort. But here is zero effort

  4. At least try to contest tho…hand down man down….there’s a middle ground between fouling on purpose and not contesting the shot at all

  5. Forget the shot, how about the inbounds pass they couldn’t hang on to when up by 3 with 10 seconds left in the 4th? THAT is what killed the Pacers!

  6. Marincess coral anemone secret 1st ed is kind of crazy.
What do you think are good pickups for future water support?

  7. Nah good play by slakim made the right decision sometimes u just gotta tip ya cap great shot

  8. Bro was honest and he made the right call. If you foul him and he gets the 4 then you lose any opportunity to win. If you let him shoot it’s 50/50 between OT and a dub. I would have done the same thing if it was me

  9. People forget he got a ring with the raptors and played magnificent.. smart play by the young man 💯💯

  10. if you hard foul. make him into free throw. i think he cannot take 3 free throw take risk. both its was lucky shots nothing you can do. they have a chance take game one in OT still cannot. nothing can happen its you move on homwe court of pacer will be on fire. game 7

  11. Right call, you can’t foul a guy up 3, if he catches the ball in shooting position behind the line. At that point you gotta hope he misses.

  12. OMG just stop. It was the wrong decision. Brown would of been lucky to hit 2 outta 3. Pascal had the turnover that lead to the shot in the first place…
