[NBACentral] The Phoenix Suns want to trade Kevin Durant right now, per @stephenasmith

Obviously take what SAS says with a grain of salt. Windy also said that the Rockets are dangling Sengun and #3 for him.

KD would be an incredible get, but sixers can easily be outbid if he’s truly available.

  2. TatersTot

Even if this is true which it’s not, we don’t have nearly enough for him unless you want to trade Maxey

  3. MrThreebound

With our current assets we are not going to be first in line for any of these guys and we need to accept that.

Would be incredible, F5 szn never fails to be exciting

Just as a hypothetical who is worth more at this point in their careers Kevin Durant on a 51 million dollar contract entering his age 36 season, or Mikal Bridges entering his age 28 season making 23 million a year. All I’m saying is the suitors who could actually put together a trade package and absorb his contract into their cap space is a short list. Don’t be so sure that we wouldn’t be the top-bidding location for Durant.

I don’t think anyone should care about what does SAS says.

  7. does 5 frp, 3-4 pick swaps and paul reed get it done? i feel like no but if they want it i think we have to do it right

trading sengun and #3 (even in a weak draft) for past his peak kevin durant would be insane for the rockets. if they dont think sengun fits stylistically, okay, but get another young player who fits your core

Rockets is cleary ahead of any team because they have the suns picks.

The whole point is trading him to Houston to get their own picks back. That is the only scenario they trade him because then they can clean house and get another haul for Book while tanking with Beal plus nobodies.

This is SAS saying this, both windy and others are reporting the opposite, I’ll take the word of actual reporters rather than a man who makes shit up for click bait

welcome to Philly kd (I’m coping)

  13. I’d take KD over anyone else available. Perfect fit.

  14. springwaterh20

let’s add another ball dominate washed ego-centric super star to the team because that has always worked out, plus KD just wins everywhere he goes

mfers think with their dicks not their heads I swear

  15. Houston makes too much sense for it not to happen, unfortunately

  16. VoidMageZero

Wtf the Rockets are willing to give up Sengun for KD? That would be a huge mistake imo.

Get ready to learn hoagiemouth, buddy

  18. Niner-Sixer-Gator

We need to try to get Lauri now, before the Knicks, Nets, or someone else gets him, the nets now have 16 1st rd picks plus players, and the Knicks still have 4 1,Rd picks, and players to make another move if they want to, we can’t keep waiting and watching all our rivals get better, the Knicks beat us with a banged up injured team in the playoffs, imagine what they’ll be like when everyone comes back

  19. 😂   I’m sure they do.   And before we the fanbase gets any bright ideas……picture KD in front of our brain trust Media and WIP shit take geniuses.

Just saying…..that’s not going to end well.

  20. Meepsnort

goddamn these old ass players are commanding a lot of money, attention, and trade assets.

  21. swalsh21

Gonna make this easy for everyone here. We’re not getting him.

  22. J3STERHOPPERPOT

Im not trading Maxey, Idgaf how stupid it sounds. With him, we have our immediate future #1 player once Embiid retires, allowing us to not fall off a cliff talent wise. Im not giving him up for 1-2 years of KD. Plus, that dude is never happy where he is.
