Thoughts on this? This is the only realistic way I could think of for us to use our limited assets and (1) get a third playmaker, (2) have a young backup 3-and-D player with some upside, (3) add shooting, (4) keep our 2031 pick for future moves and (5) open cap for DJJ / send THJ into space.

Kuzma straight up said he doesn’t wanna play in Dallas. Don’t think we want him either.
I feel like wizards would still say no
Wizards already have too many guards, even if they value Hardy at a FRP I don’t think they would like this.
Also, Kuzma does not want to play here, he wants to be with a contender, remember? We couldn’t even beat the Celtics, he’s not accepting us (out of /s, fuck Kuzma, let him rot putting up empty calories).

Chemistry is a fragile thing. I don’t think Kuzma fits our timeline, he’s not a serious person.
I love Kispert and Grimes though, hopefully one of those two ends up here when this all shakes out.
Fucking hate this trade so much
Kuzma publicly rejected a trade to Dallas, and the team made the finals. Don’t waste draft capital on someone who isn’t hungry to make an impact with this team.
