Portland Trail Blazers Trade For Deni Avdija My Thoughts!!

yo what’s going on guys this Houston Sports Talk Back another video to day and today the Portland Trailblazers are trading for Denny aaja from the Washington Wizards and I absolutely love this trade for the Portland Trailblazers Denny aaja is heading to Portland after a very good fourth season in the NBA playing 75 games with 75 starts 30 minutes per game averaging 15 points per game was a most improved player candidate finishing six in voting um averaging 15 points per game four assists per game 7.2 rebounds per game almost one steel per game and a half a block per game a very good three-point shooter shooting 37.4% this season that is something he really improved on terrible three-point shooter in his career before then uh shooting 31% in his first two seasons and almost 30% in the 2022 23 season but he’s developed a very good shot it’s become a better scorer uh a better rebounder as well um so denas is a really solid player and I like this Portland TR lasers team I really think this Portland tazers team are you know still very young uh another young player added in Denny vajda but you know small for being brought in and I really believe this is a very nice young team um he got a lot of talent to the point where you know you don’t know who might be starting and who you know who won’t be but you got scoot Henderson you got Anthony Simons uh you know sha Shaden sharp um I almost said Shannon sharp Denny aaja DeAndre Aiden Robert Williams matis thel Chris Murray this is a very very nice roster um I think they still need some developing and you know maybe a couple more years to for the young players like scoot Henderson and uh you know uh Shaden sharp to even Danny aaja and Scoot Henderson to to grow uh the there’s this is still a very young team but with a young head coach and uh you know enony Bops I think this is a very solid roster I really do and I’m excited to see what they do you know they’re giving up uh not too much in this deal they’re giving up Malcolm Brogden who was a veteran they were looking to get rid of the 14th overall pick and a 2029 draft pick look I know it’s a lottery Pick and Malcolm Brogden that you’re giving up for Den vaja but this is not a this is not a very very strong draft the 14th overall pick in this year’s draft is like a late late first round pick and a normal draft uh but like I said I listed all the talent they have right now and Scoot Henderson Anthony Simons shayen sharp Denny aaja Robert Williams DeAndre Aiden mati styel Chris Murray sorry if I missed anybody but also they have the seventh overall pick in this draft tonight so there is going to be other Talent added in tonight so really exciting to see what you know what Portland’s going to do to improve their roster night in the draft keep an eye out for Portland next season they were the worst team in the Western Conference last year uh I see them taking a big jump next season maybe they go to only like the 13th or 12th seed next year but I believe they are making the right improvements to you know become a better team in this Western Conference and I think it starts with Denny aaja we’ll see what else they do in the draft in the off season it’s the video hope you guys enjoyed and peace out
