    Very interesting.

Wonder what a KCP sign and trade would look like and the rules around it

Be nice if Denver had some media breaking these things down, the media around the Nuggets is a huge letdown

I’m gonna reserve judgment on booth till he’s actually done making moves. I’m very curious as to what the plan is gonna be, especially if kcp walks.

Maybe the Paul George rumors have some legs to them.

Wait and see. Come on Booth figure out a way to make us better heading into next year.

These kinds of posts are so stupid and so on par for Vic. If he’s right, he gets to claim status and if he’s wrong, we get to forget about it

  5. MacJokic

I hope he is right but what do we even have left that could net a playoff contributor? I believe our 2031 first is basically the only pick we have that can still be traded (including seconds). Who on the roster is a. someone we can miss and b. has enough value to get someone who is a significantly better fit? Going to be tough I think.

  6. Good. You only get so many years of prime Jokic. The roster is not good enough to legitimately contend. The nuggets are no joke when their starters are healthy and hitting shots, but there is no depth. It seems asinine to plan to depend wholly on rookie development.

    I would hope not.

Championship level core and so far it looks like we’ve done nothing but get worse since the ship

I didnt even think about a sign and trade with KCP, is that even possible?

Jokic is the type of player that we should look back on in NBA history as the anchor that held down a dynasty for the Nuggets. I just hope the front offiice does him well. They owe it to him to put a good roster around him. Nothing last forever and we’ll only get so many years of prime Jokic before father time does his thing.

With MPJ and Gordon combine for 11 pts in a game 7, they better not be done.

What if it’s something crazy like a ton of moves to make space for Paul George? Say only Jokic and Gordon are safe and they go all out for a two way star? I guess it depends on the actual moves made to get there, but is that a direction fans would like to “not waste Jokic’s prime”? We love Jamal and MPJ of course, always will, but maybe it’s time for a super team in Denver.

  13. GET THAT BUM ZEKE NNAJI OUT OF OUR TEAM ALREADY

  14. markpondrice

I would trade every one of our remaining pick for Paul George

While I haven’t exactly loved our moves lately(trades, not draft), I’m withholding judgement for now. If we make a bold move here I’m all for it.

This was always fairly apparent, outside that small part of me as a fan that likes to worry irrationally. I mean, that doesn’t mean what they exactly want is going to fall into their lap, things can always unfortunately not work out, but it was pretty obvious this has been set up to make one more move at least.
