[Benedetto] The Denver Nuggets are not expected to extend qualifying offers to Collin Gillespie or Braxton Key ahead of tomorrow’s deadline, league sources tell @DenverGazette. Looks like there will be three new two-way players in Denver this season.

  1. He also answers a follow up question that Huff is ineligible for a 2 way due to being in his 3rd NBA season now.

Damn, I liked Gillespie. I hope we can find a way to bring him back later.

Good. More playing time for Strawther and new comers.

Tired of Malone asking for more vets and shortening the rotation to 5 players.

Either Booth is testing Malone, or he will just straight up fire this guy next year.

Collin leaving is sad. He’s good. Too many people fixate on his size and ignore the skill.

Having Jared Butler on our G-League squad and not scooping him was sad too while I’m airing grievances.

Gillespie was a fair swing as a 2 way if he doesn’t break his leg he probably gets rotation spot and the BBL never lands in Denver. Key and Huff looked like throwaway 2 ways, Denvers process seems to be younger this year with 2 ways

Hall Alexander Williams should be solid 2 way class to watch in G
