Charlotte Hornets Trade For Reggie Jackson My Thoughts!!
yo what’s going on guys this Houston Sports Talk Back another video today and today the Charlotte Hornets are trading for Reggie Jackson NBA veteran Reggie Jackson Who uh you know has you know been in the NBA since 20112 season has gone to the Hornets now where the Hornets send three second round picks for Reggie Jackson I got to say I absolutely hate this trade for the Denver Nuggets this is a stupid move in my opinion for them for the Hornets it’s not great it’s not terrible I think it’s in between give up three second round picks for a guy who’s hasn’t you know he’s been a veteran who’s at the end of his career isn’t great and you know he makes $10 million $10 million this year not great but yes I will say he just had a good season averaging 10 points per game with two rebounds per game and four assists per game that makes it a lot worse that makes it a lot better um but for the Nuggets I hate this trade for them because the fact that they’re only getting three second round picks which yes that is a decent compensation for a guy who’s you know is is on expiring deal and is a veteran but just because the fact that Denver is potentially on the verge of most likely I would say most likely losing contavious calwell Pope I believe when you’re about to lose a guy who’s been that impactful for your team at the guard position uh the the wrong thing to do is trade one of your other guards who would step up for you if that player leaved if Denver if Denver didn’t bring anybody in and Reggie Jackson was just on the you know what you know what I’m saying if if kavis cwell poop leaves for with you know with all all the other teams interested Philadelphia Dallas Orlando with those three teams interested and serious interest by both sides with Dallas I really think that Brig Jackson with how he played last year averaging 10 and four would be able to you know step up for Denver um you know but that’s not going to happen because they’ve traded him to the Hornets we’ll see what happens with kavis colell Pope and if he leaves Denver is going to have to find a way to not only replace Reggie Jackson as their backup point guard and shooting guard as well but also find a way to replace kavus call W Pope I like Reggie Jackson could be you know a solid guy who could you know give you some extra minutes if they end up you know moving on from him let me know your thoughts on the trade in the comment section and peace out
