   It doesn’t make sense to use any exceptions until the Hawks salary dump Capela/Hunter and figure out the Fernando and Bey situations.

   With all the cap holds considered, the Hawks would be roughly $10M into the luxury tax if they don’t make any more moves. (assuming Forrest, W Matthews, and Windler don’t return)
