Oklahoma City Thunder Sign Isaiah Hartenstein My Thoughts!!
yo what’s going on guys it’s Houston Sports Talk Back in another video day and today the Oklahoma City Thunder who are spending big money today uh have signed Isaiah hardenstein to a threeyear $87 million deal this Thunder team next year is looking nice they really are if you look at their projected starting lineup right now I mean you got Shay Alexander Alex Caruso Jaylen Williams Chad holgren and Isa and is hornstein you got Lou Dort Off the Bench coming with cassan Wallace you know also Isaiah Joe and Aaron Wiggins this is gonna be a scary Thunder team next year look they were a good team last year but they were just a young team that you know didn’t have a lot of veterans or experienced players now I think what makes them more scary next season is the fact that you know they have experienced players on their roster now and Isaiah hardenstein and Alex Caruso I think they’re ready to be better in the playoffs adding these two guys get these two guys in and the only two guys that are going to lose this off season Josh giddy who traded who was traded to Chicago and Gordon Hayward who’s a free agent which doesn’t mean anything so the rebounding if you look at the OKC stats last year they were great in every category dominated every category besides rebounding and that and that’s a little surprising when you have Chad homr but at the same time uh they were playing so small that you had Jaylen Williams at the power forward position last year um and then ludor at the small forward giddy at the shooting guard so you know rebounding was terrible for this for this Thunder team but adding in Isaiah hardenstein and now having hardenstein and Chad homegrid next to each other that’s going to change hardenstein averaged 8.3 rebounds per game last season and only 25 minutes per game if if Harden Stein’s minutes are going to go up next year I think it’ be 30 plus with OKC uh 75 games 49 starts for for OKC I think he’s going to be a starter every game he plays in that wasn’t the case with the that wasn’t the case with the New York Knicks because Mitchell Robinson was in there eight points per game as well three assists per game uh 1.2 steals per game 1.1 blocks per game and now you have a very very nice defensive uh front court with Isaiah hardenstein and Chad hren two really good shot blockers hardenstein was amazing in the playoffs 13 games 13 starts 20.8 minutes per game field goal percentage was a 59% and uh he average nine points per game eight rebounds per game four assists per game one block per game so I love this addition for the Thunder I think they’re going to be scary next year adding in hardenstein and adding in Alex Caruso and only thing they lose is Josh Giddy and Gordon Hayward so I’m excited to see how this Thunder team looks next year uh look they were the one seed last year now that they have better defense and you know more um experience I’m really excited to see how they look let me know your thoughts on the signing three-year $87 million deal for hardenstein in the comment section and peace out
