thinking about it … he’s kinda like a 75-80% of Baylor
Both 5 year college guys, transferring from mid major to major
Good size, can shoot and pass
Baylor just a better shoot and more comfortable with ball in hands

I guess, why not? At least he’s a taller wing who can shoot it. When signing two-way guys, you of course want the chance of development, but having a skill that can translate to the NBA game if it ever becomes necessary is nice to have

Keep letting this kid develop, Evan Turner vibes imo

Intrigued to see what another year of development looks like for him. He could be a key piece (whether it be on the roster or as an asset) in a couple years if he sticks around

Brad has a type.

Love it, the 2-way guys are going to be critical with hitting on gambles for possible roster depth in the future. Now, to see if Davison takes the 2-way

YESSSSS. I have been advocating for him since we got him. Hopefully he actually gets some time otherwise I fear he’s a package to trade

I want to see one more year of development out of JD before we move on. Hope they keep him around.

I think this is actually kind of interesting. It means there are 2 2-way spots left, and conceivably 5 guys that could be put on one. Scheierman I think most of us assumed he would make the roster, but that wasn’t certain. Then Walsh was like 50/50. It’s probably safe both of them make it if they are giving a slot away this early. Still that leaves Davison (unsigned), Watson, and Enaruna for 2 slots. So apparently either one of the first 2 will make the roster out of camp, or one of the 3 is just gone. I would think that each of those 3 would be more desirable to keep around than Peterson. Come to think about it, this also makes whatever outside chance they could want to bring Begarrin over less likely, not that he would have agreed to a 2 way anyway.

Anyone have a good pro comp or scouting report? New name for me.

Our FO is really stressing out Hauser lol

Congrats Drew. Got to know the young guy this year up here in Portland. Saw him grabbing some food the night before he left, he was so pumped.

Drew is a dog. He chirps at the opposing team all game, is never flustered, and attacks with confidence. I think he’ll eventually get on someone’s roster.

Can he eventually be a Sam Hauser replacement?
