Can still make trades but I’m sure they wanna wait for the right one or one that doesn’t hamstring us(maybe they are learning from the Westbrook fiasco).

  2. If Vando and Gabe can get healthy, I think that makes the roster better than this past season. Dinwiddie didn’t provide a whole lot. Prince doesn’t defend well enough. Really need the defensive presence of Vando and Gabe next season. It gives the coaching staff options in the rotation. That’s without mentioning growth from Christie, Lewis, or JHS.

If this is it, our only hope is we get a healthy Vando and Gabe, more Max and Bron + AD play as is as last year and healthy as well.

Then do some trades before the deadline.

  4. Hopefully we can find a team to take cam for some second rounders and we can resign prince

Losing Taurean is a bit of an L. He’s a really solid role player, Ham was simply using him as a 40 min per game guy when he’s not.

And expect the same results. Play in tournament IF they can stay healthy somehow like last season. Otherwise will miss the playoffs all together

You stupid ass laker fans. Y’all don’t know how it’s like to suffer. We still have lebron and AD. Now if we didn’t have those two, we would be well who knows but y’all don’t know how to suffer.

    Go lakers!

I’d rather have TP than bum reddish

  9. MaryandMe1

a part of me feels like we’re gonna do much better with basically the same roster cuz of having JJ. Copium or..

  10. Hinging hopes on a healthy former Heat role player and Vando, I’ve got a nice unicorn by the water to sell you

The lakers are losing their only consistent bench scorer in Taurean Prince for….Bronny James 🤡🤡🤡

  12. ImprovementSilly2895

Taurean is better than both the new guys so it’s a worse roster

I can see us locking in either seeds #6-10 with our current roster. Not bad, but I’m hoping we do make a trade at the deadline, or prior, to push us over the edge to hopefully not be in the play-in this year. But I can totally see us being in the play-in again. :/

We were very lucky to have a healthy Lebron and AD for most of the season last year. Hard to imagine that will happen again this season, so I think we all need to manage our expectations a bit. This team will likely struggle to make the playin. Most of the competition in the West is still very strong. Clippers are a little worse but Memphis, Rockets and San Antonio are going to be better. TBD on the Warriors

so we’re objectively worse than last year.

Yikes no wonder klay and other free agents don’t want to join this clown show.

Don’t discredit continuity as a positive

They will make moves. It’s a long offseason. The teams that have made big moves had cap space, had assets, or lost someone on a big contract and had more flexibility. Plenty of time.

  19. Dinwiddie is addition through subtraction, but losing Prince is a bit of a blow. He produced great after he became a 6th man, he was our ONLY offense for 3 games that Denver series

  20. GoodGuyGodzilla

Does anyone have an update on Dinwiddle, I thought he was pretty solid on the few games he got minutes
