I remember Detroit being the team OKC got compared to during the whole “black eye of the league” season. There was a time when some folks thought the Pistons were being built “the right way.”
I feel for their fanbase. It’s gotta be so incredibly frustrating to watch the roster construction/draftees/coaching totally flounder.
We gotta enjoy what we’ve got right now, this shit is so incredibly rare.
