My favorite Embiid/Maxey moment was at the end of the Heat play in game. Maxey almost turned over the ball at the end of regulation and Embiid was yelling at him. Maxey just smiled and it was infectious. Embiid smiled and the two celebrated the win. I think that moment helped Embiid shake his playoff demons.
Yeah we bounced in the first round but Embiid was the most efficient shooter of any player in this playoff. It wasn’t on him.
