highly competitive which I really enjoy um beginning up a down lady you know just learning little about the offense and just playing with these guys and learning so overall it’s been good I’ve been enjoying my time this is good to good compete process grind and then dra now you’re finally getting close to actually being able play’s un I’m excited man like you said it’s been a long process with us pre-draft and you know going from City to city and hearing my name get called and having a chance to play with the Suns I’m I’m forever grateful and thank you for opportunity so you know just keep working and just getting ready for Vegas and like you said when that first step comes out maybe a little nervous maybe a little jous but excited to get on that for play sticks up from just first time run this coaching staff the expectations have for you guys I think it’s just going compete the hard we can um in this in the Su League you know just going on and just you know doing what we do um play hard play tough don’t don’t try to be basical go feel like kind of the realization the dream you be logo uh it hasn’t really hit yet I think I think L down line it might l maybe this weekend but you know it’s I’m starting to realize it now like hey I’m here but it hasn’t really fated like you know just just going on just you know just playing as hard as I can competing defensively you know just being the same person in college um are the best players in defending and you know offensively just taking the shots that need to take um being able to do a lot lot more um but you know the biggest thing is just can that can play hard Tony Bennett tell me about your recruiting process and how you willing to foro a scholarship to go therein I don’t think I’ll be here without Virginia in my honest opinion I think coach been it and and that coach staff did a great job pushing me um I think defensively really got me here and that’s what that’s something doing me since day one um going out and competing and you know guarding the best players and taking those match ups and using my athleticism and the strength you know just about the offense um so I feel like that’s kind of something that the sun saw on me and you know I give a lot of Praise coach for that sound game after um I watch a lot of guys like her Jones OJ and no guys that was was a little bit of like Jen McDaniels guys that are long athletic and then offensively whats espe you know obviously you know getting rep just like two three getting put on the ball on the floor um being able to run out and transition and show I can be there um and just getting rep you know just making plays off the you know making the right plays and just learning from mistakes overtime in s League speed rolling and cutting element of your game on the offensive I think I think it’s pretty big um in the summer in the summer the fall you we had a lot of great players and people might start ball watching so I think my ability just you know seeing them turn their back of their heads and you know being able cut R more rebound offensive rebounding finishing gam extra possessions it can help a lot chance to talk to BS here on this um talked a little bit talked to Rody a lot especially in the summer league um he’s been helping me a lot me also and Jay and a lot just you know learning how to be a pro learning little little ins and outs of you know playing you know learn lot lot lots of tips and tricks sorry a lot of people say defense is mostly effort but then other people say lot of technique involved too here’s where you stand on that kind of balance I think it’s a little bit of both I think it’s more effort I mean you want you have to want to guard um you know just try to do your best to defend but I think a lot of technique as well um but I think most of your time just you know that motor inside of you
