None of these guys have legit been reputable sources outside of Bill Simmons who instantly admitted he was wrong and that the situation changed.
He also stated that they don’t just make up these theories that most of the time they hear it from someone but at times it can just be a game of telephone from the original source

That’s the problem of year-round coverage of a single sport. Eventually, there is no new news, so you have to get into this game of hypotheticals or just flat out make shit up.
The only one I will give a pass to is SAS (who i despise) bc he is admittedly a knicks fan. If I had a national platform to push a cavs agenda I would.
