how’ you feel it went for you he what sorry how do you feel it went for you we won so that’s a that’s a positive um you know it was good to to get out and start competing again start playing and playing with different guys um you know we had good good week of practice so being able to get out and compete and play against another team was a lot of fun so it was a it was a really fun atmosphere and it was a it was a really fun game did you feel more like yourself as the game went on you’re just reacting yeah for sure I mean it’s different you know you you’ve never played and this type of setting you’ve never played with the type of guys that you play with you practice with them but the more the more games you play the more comfortable you’ll get playing with them so for sure like as the game went on you get more and more comfortable there was a moment when you Cam person was the bench together did he kind of grab you and you guys started talking about something what was that moment what was he kind of going over with you yeah so that that was just a defensive uh thing that he was talking about and just that’s a good thing about cam is he played last year and he knows he kind of knows the smaller things that that I don’t know yet so just having him over there uh helping me teaching me kind of taking me under his wing um and just giving me advice throughout the whole game was very helpful but you seemed like ear in the first half you were on the bench you appeared calm and compos how important is that to you in the he of the game the he of the moment to yourself to game L yeah I mean as as basketball so so there’s there’s highs and lows no one’s nobody’s perfect so just keeping a positive mindset through it all and just and just going out having fun when you play and just playing basketball the right way you’ve know Milani since fth sixth grade how is it matching up with him you know especially at this level just playing with him so many years yeah it it’s really cool um you know I I remember when we had played against each other in like third grade um and then we played every year and then and then here now playing in the NBA so so it’s really cool um you know I’m happy for him he’s a great player he’s a great kid so it it was really fun to go out there and compete and play against him what was the switch in the second half you only had six points in the first half you look like a completely different player way more confident in the third quarter what was your mindset at halftime to that on yeah a lot of it was just becoming more comfortable playing with the guys and figuring out uh what you need to do but at the same time you know Co my coaches and teammates were were telling me like keep being aggressive keep keep looking to score we need we come off a ball screen shoot it so like a lot of that was them putting confidence in me and just and just trusting me you talk about Comfort level you shot oh you talked about Comfort level you shot the logo three then you got to heesy floater and then you got the shield cross uh real comfortable get to your bag work cuz that’s something you’ve been working a lot with too during the summer and being able to Showcase those things to and get an ice off yeah for sure I mean you know you get in the gym and and you you don’t get to play any games so you have to you go in and you you get to work on your game a little bit so so being able to do that and then and then being able to Showcase it in the game you know it’s it’s what you work for you work to be able to play in games and compete um so being able to do that was a lot of fun how do you feel like you’re going to be in ISO situation getting that switch and getting an ISO back do you feel like a lot more people are sleeping around your ISO G I mean I think at the end of the day it’s just making the right basketball play if it’s trying to get an ISO and get a bucket or try to get a ISO and get a one more for open three just whatever it is making the right basketball play did you have nerves to start again uh I mean a little bit just because it’s it’s something new um you always a little nervous before before every game but you know once you get started playing it’s it’s just basketball and and it’s just another game and you get a go and play with your friends and and compete and just have fun with it was there a moment that you felt that way that just another game the first three or whatever it was that feel normal yeah I mean just the first couple of trips up the floor and for sure the first three uh you know when that one went in it was kind of like take a deep breath and like now you can just relax and play you mention anything to do when you made the moves on him have anything to say no I I didn’t uh you know me and dton got to play against each other last year a couple times and Dalton’s an unbelievable player he’s a really good score um so it was fun being able to go out there and play against him as well said we were going to get a lob out of you what happened no laot maybe next game
