One thing I already love about him is how cerebral he is with the ball in his hands. Nothing seems forced or rushed. Always seems in control and he’s able to navigate around defenders in the paint really well. I think he’s going to be great in the league.

So thankful that he played for UConn because he would NOT have been available to us if he carried a higher load on both ends lol

He’s so good. I like the fact that he’s super high IQ and isn’t dumb as fuck with the basketball like so many young guards. Looks super comfortable doing all the things you want your point guard to do. Love that he’s aggressive going to the rim and plays with force too. All of that in addition to the fact that he’ll be a great POA defender which the Spurs sorely need. A perfect complement to Wemby and Vassell.
Kid is gonna get directly mentored by CP3 too? Perfect

he was not lying when he said, he probably just gave way in college. next year we would have more middle school films.
if this is what is coming though, hopefully the ones left behind last year gives them something more to chase.
