[Woj] Free agent G Daeqwon Plowden has agreed on a two-way contract with the Golden State Warriors, his agent Drew Kelso of @onemotivesports tells ESPN. Plowden has been one of the stories of summer league — averaging 16.6 points on 54 percent shooting and 48 percent on three’s.

Curious how his defense is – obviously a crucial part of the game for any player that’s on a two way and trying to make his mark. Looks like he made all-defense team in college for his conference so that’s promising.
So what does this mean for Spencer / Post? I still haven’t seen anything conclusive about if either is definitely on a 2 way contract.

Absolutely earned it. Cracking the rotation will be tough, but the guy has shown he deserves a chance. Hope he makes the most of it!

Love that they got this done now. He’s been incredible in summer league and the fear was always that someone else might poach him if we didn’t act fast enough.
Now the big question remains about what this means with Post. Are they going to cut Pat Spencer to free up the 3rd two-way or is there a trade coming soon that will free up a roster spot?
