Patrick Beverley is OUT OF THE NBA

Patrick Beverley is OUT OF THE NBA

so Patrick Beverly is going to Europe the Bucks have not resigned him he is signing with apoel t Aviv and the Bucks had one remaining spot and so we’ve got to discuss as Bucks fans did we mess up on letting Patrick Beverly go should we have added him or should we have um kept him instead of one of the guys we signed like a dlon w and in a nutshell but by itself I think Patrick Beverly is still a better player than D Wright who the Bucks added but knowing Doc Rivers is our coach I did not want Patrick Beverly back now let me explain if you have a coach that I think uh is just you could trust to make the right decision in terms of rotations I think Patrick Beverly is a good asset to have at times at times like you saw with the Clippers when tyo was coaching him one series he’d be out of the rotation one series he’d bring him back in because there are times where you need a Patrick Beverly and there are sometimes where his Antics and his defensive style really is kind of tricking people and it’s really not working so what I mean by that is the Bucks won game five in the first round this past year Bucs won two games in the first round and in game five they won without Dame without Giannis or Dame I believe was out there but he was um far from he was far from fully healthy um I need to go back and check that one second but either way they won that game and Patrick Beverly dropped 13 and uh 13 points and 12 assists four rebounds to go with it and yeah Patrick mean dean wasn’t out there at all and so he was the second or third best player behind Chris Middleton and getting a win on a team that ended up making the Conference Finals do I think Delon Wright is probably I think he’s capable of doing that but do I think he’s as capable of putting up big performances as Patrick Beverly and making big impacts on both sides of the ball no I don’t but I wanted Patrick Beverly gone as a bucks fan because doc Rivers regardless of what’s going on I think is would always be tempted to play Patrick Beverly more than he deserved even where it was when it was clear Tyrese H Burton had figured out the antex antics of Patrick Beverly he’s just going to press you up at half court for no good reason even at the end of the game when all you need to do is force a tough shot Patrick Beverly is gonna get over overplay and Patrick and Tyrus helber realized okay just one easy move I’m by him and he’s going to overplay even behind me and try and smack my head as I’m going up in a floater and one and that kind of sold one of the games where Chris Middleton had hit two shots that should have been gamewinners but Patrick Beverly and others were let Downs on the defensive end so my point is here if you have Patrick Beverly as like your ninth man I think that’s better than Delon Wright who’s been in and out of rotations for the last few years but Delon Wright’s a guy where I don’t think he’s ever going to be a liability I think if you put him in that situation end of game on Tyre Ty H Burton he’s a more of a trusted vet where you know what he’s going to do he might not lock him up he might be less likely just knock that ball out of his hands but at least he’s going to be solid he is going to know what we’re trying to do defensively all right I’m trying to force halberton this way let me not overplay him let me force him to take make a tough shot let me not try to be the hero of this game in any type of way let me just be solid and so that way I think it’s better and also it just gets away a Temptation from T Doc Rivers who a just always loves playing veterans and B I think he probably did have a little soft spot for Patrick Beverly who was a big part of a team that I think I’ve heard him say and it probably is just one of the um more fun teams he’s ever had been able to coach which was that Clippers team that made it as the eight seed with a rookie Shay gilis Danilo ginari Patrick Beverly they got got a game on the Kevin Durant warriors with Patrick Beverly kind of being an annoyance and irritant for Kevin Durant and so for the bucks I just think it was definitely good for the to move on from him especially as he got another year older I don’t think that he would have been somebody that we should have had as a as a consistent part of rotation I would have liked him as like a 10th 11th man a guy that you could throw out there every once in a while when you need a spark but I just don’t trust Doc Rivers to know when that spark is needed when uh Patrick Bevy needed to be taken out of the rotation I don’t think he should have been closing that game where he ended up getting blown by by hell Burton and kind of costing the series series at that point I thought it was clear that he was not um beneficial for the bucks and yet Doc Rivers was still riding with him because he trusted him so for John hor and the Bucks I think it was smart to let him let him go go get d right if you’re going to play a veteran with Giannis Dane Chris play somebody that’s a little bit more trustable a little bit more steady and um hopefully take a swing at a last last roster spot here that could be um a high impact guy consistently like Gary Trent Jr would be a dream or um there’s a few of these free agents that are still left that would be improvements all around on Patrick Beverly so for Patrick Beverly maybe good for him um you know I it he’s whatever you hate him love him whatever it’s going to be a little bit we’re going to miss a little bit of the entertainment for Patrick Beverly whether he was going to be on the bucks on another team he adds a level of entertainment to the NBA that sad to see go but you know I guess good for him kind of wish he was still in the NBA but kind of glad he’s not on the Bucks given our current situation but let me know what y’all think drop a comment hit that like And subscribe did y’all want Patrick Beverly back let me know

  1. We could use him he helped us alot this year its crazy us Bucks fans turn on him..Imagine him and Delon in backcourt coming off bench..That defense would be crazy…

  2. Def wonโ€™t miss him. Dude ended his own NBA career ๐Ÿ˜‚ horrible way to end a season. Heโ€™ll be known for all the wrong things.

  3. i want pat bev back because he is super aggresvie and he can run fast and play kinda good offense and devfense like when i saw him play when somtimes we miss a shot pat bev comes out and grabit out of there hands or gets the rebound thats why i want him back.

  4. He brought energy, but I think that he would have had a fall off in stats this year, so I feel that leaving him wasnโ€™t a bad idea

  5. Should he be a hall of fame? He hasnโ€™t put up huge numbers but his leadership canโ€™t be underestimated.

  6. We should have kept Pat, the Bucks need that Dog mentality and thatโ€™s Pat. Bobby is also that but only in Milwaukee, we need his style

  7. I don't know, he's on the wrong side of 35. Plus he took some injuries late in the seasons.

But I would have liked him to get a real run with he whole unit

  8. My advise: hire an experienced European coach who yells like crazy when the players do sth wrong (every player including superstars) in the start of the season it is gonna be confusing but if all the players accept it then i have nothing to say let him cook

  9. Ni hao pat bev ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ

  10. You couldn't afford to lose him with a DEFENSELESS DAME! Too small to be a name anymore…. He's now a liability unless putting up 30-35 3:12 +/ gm
