Bronny is still undefeated (2-0) whenever he makes a 3. GOAT.

  2. BigStrongPolarGuy

Despite the rough start, he’s been better than some first round picks so far. Which isn’t to say he will be a better player than them, because all of this is pretty much meaningless, but the hate here for a couple of bad summer league games has been so fucking dumb.

  3. KingREX_24

Bronny looks fine for a second round pick that’s going to spend time in the G-League to develop, it’s a shame reddit wants to dunk on him so much

Bronny was great this game. His improved confidence really showed.

He is being more aggressive on offense as he had many strong drives, tough layups and being willing to shoot. His 3 point and mid range shot is really starting to fall which is making him impactful on offense. That clutch 3 he hit was so exciting to see as a Lakers fan.

His defence was also pretty solid this game. Overall, he was a positive for the Lakers and helped us get this win. I’m really rooting for him. He’s still not close to being nba ready but I hope with development, he can carve out a role in the nba.

Did no one learn a thing from last years wemby debut? I’m not saying bronny is wemby but it’s dumb to expect kids to have earth shattering performances every night instead of realizing they are gonna have to settle and hit rough patches along the way.

  22. gutsonmynuts

Lakers are obviously going all the way now.

  23. Chessh2036

His last two games have been really solid. Hes outplayed the second overall pick, at least offensively, recently. Obv a lot to work on but what you want to see in summer league is progress and Bronny is showing progress.

  24. Can’t believe Sarr was taken ahead of this kid. Smh.

  25. callisterart

Dalton Knecht yelled, ā€œThere you go!ā€ Maxwell Lewis gave a look of pleasant surprise. Colin Castleton belted, ā€œWe got a fucking squad now.ā€ And before Bronny James hit the locker room door, Olympic snub Jaylon Brown hugged him & said, ā€œY’all look so different.ā€
