  1. I’m just so annoyed that Zach E is not on the national team, but instead is in summer league rolling ankles, which is pointless because he’s playing with a bunch a dudes that aren’t even gonna be on the team and they are just running around out there trying to be noticed. Canada is gonna miss his size and rebounding. Get well Skeets

  2. It’s refreshing to hear some summer league discussion that isn’t dominated by Bronny James. When I saw his 2-point highlight video I cried laughing 😂

  3. 1 year, 3 months and 27 days of being sad about the chances of a NO CHAINS disc golf podcast 🙁

  4. Excellent pod today guys – hope you feel better Skeets! You should definitely get LeighLeigh on one of those summer of champions pods!

  5. Basketball book recommendation: There's Always This Year: On Basketball and Ascension by Hanif Abdurraqib

One of, if not the most beautifully written books I've ever read.

  6. 14 is the best number: Fernando Alonso, Xabi Alonso, Guti Haz. Become more Spanish, TK!

  7. Sadly, my boy Dariq Whitehead is doing the exact opposite of dominating as a 2nd year player. All the injuries really derailed any promise he once had. This guy was projected to be a top 10 pick at one point. He ended up being just a spot-up shooter at Duke. But now he can't even do that part.

  8. As a Nuggets fan I think the Nuggets have had one of the worst summers along with the Clippers. Russ may help in small chunks and he will eat some innings as Skeets says but I really do not want him to take a shot in the playoffs. If it works it works really well but it is not a dependable option

  9. I'm pretty low on the Magic's offseason. This is the last time they'll have a good team AND a huge amount of cap space. They essentially brought back the same team, which seems like a huge missed opportunity. Sure, they added KCP. But he really doesn't address any of their biggest needs. They need ball-handling and high-volume 3pt shooting. KCP isn't a ball-handler and he made something like 1.4 three-pointers a game. It's by no means a bad move, but this was their best chance to do more. They also overpaid a lot of their own players that they brought back. They're banking on internal development without addressing the obvious problems with their roster.

  10. My takeaway from summer league is that my miami heat has had a highlight worthy dunk every single game. Shoutout Alondes Williams wow and now we’re up 61-24 at the half against the raps
