I know the contracts are insane for the crop of young guys but Mobley to me is crazy special.
He’s already a top 3 defender in my eyes and if he can start knocking down 3s at a good clip he’s a fringe top 10 player.
Dude was really good in the playoffs against both Orlando and especially Boston

It’ll take a while to not think these numbers are wild. I get why the Cavs maxed him though. It’s hard to find a great defensive player like Mobley. He’s still got a long way to grow offensively too but you pay for the potential. They don’t have much of a choice either.
