I’m going to be real, I bump into coworkers who are 10+ years younger than me at the gym a lot. I don’t ever ask to lift with them.
Even if I could hypothetically keep up the entire time with a bunch of kids in their early 20s, the next day I’d regret it anyways.
Let those young bucks do those physically explosive things. Because on the other side of the court, kd would still probably finesse half of that Olympic squad when he has the ball from 10-30 ft out.
