For DeRozan spacing concerns, I would check out some of the videos explaining the fit of DeRozan with the Kings. Many defenders last year played up on DeRozan because he can step into a middy or use given space to drive to the rim. I am worried more about the defense against the bigger, longer teams like the Pelicans. (To be fair, DeRozan played the Pelicans well both times last year.)
Also, on the Kings-Markkanen front, reading the bread crumbs from the local beat reporters and Jake Fischer, I personally believe the Kings had a deal for him but Lauri pulled a Siakam and told the Kings he wouldn't re-sign with them. Did Markkanen do this because he wants to secure the bag with Utah or because he doesn't like the long-term outlook of the Kings? I don't know. I think the Kings make a hard push again if he renegotiates and extends till next summer.
Kuminga is not the most overrated player in the league yall trippin hard and the rumors of his value being lower than Podz is a total bs smokescreen. Kuminga last 38 games averaged 19.2ppg in only 29.8 minutes per game 54.6% from the field and 38% from 3 and Warriors went 24-14. He dunks once every 14 minutes for comparison Ant dunks once every 41. He is almost the exact same age as Brandon Miller and his ceiling is Jaylen Brown level (but better athlete) who was definitely worse when he was 21. Stop hating
Really interested if the Wolves can run a coherent offense now that it will be tough to have more than one non shooter on the floor at a time this season.

I'd actually be more optimistic on Terrance Shannon contributing than Dillingham. He's much older, has real NBA size, and looked awesome in Summer League.
For the Pelicans, my question as a fan is "wtf?" This has been a horrible offseason, in my opinion. They gutted their depth to bring in a 3rd tier star who is a good but not great fit. They lost two nice wing defenders. And more importantly, they lost literally of their centers and replaced them with Daniel Theis. They currently have the worst center rotation in the entire NBA. I'm someone who loves playing non-traditional bigs at center, but you can't do heavy minutes with Murphy/Zion as your frontcourt because the defensive rebounding would be an absolute disaster.
And this isn't even getting into their front office losses. They lost their GM and their shooting coach. Based on the results on the floor, Fred Vinson is currently the best shooting coach in the league. Really a huge blow to future player development.
So glad you guys see and value what Anfernee Simons can do. He’s so undervalued by the national media, other teams fans, and most importantly other front offices. Besides the Magic, Warriors, Lakers – what other teams should go get him?
