    So the Suns sign a career back up point guard to be their starter – and bounce the NBA's leading three point shooter and hustler – Grayson Allen – to ride pine. Brilliant. And what do the Suns lack the most? Three point drillers. Yeah, they also lacked a PG QB, and now they have three MEH ones. I'm not feeling it. They're still overloaded at shooting guard with their Big Ball Hogging Three all playing the same position. Dysfunction will rule again.

    Its actually pretty cool how they are approaching team building the reserves are like the poor mans version of the starters

    PG: Tyus Jones/Monte (very similar)
    SG: Book/Beal (very similar)
    Sf: KD/Bol (reach yes but Bol at his best has some KD in his game).
    C: Nurk/Oso

    Then you have Dunn/Okogie and Allen/Lee. Lots of overlap. I wonder if they do it so if you make a trade you can plug in a similar player

    Suns just add another piece that doesnā€™t fit together with the other pieces, shows you that the problem with being second apron team is not so much not about being able to sign good players but good players that fit together with existing pieces. There is no plan, just sign whoever is available and willing to come. Suns were already very not athletic and small and they just got even smaller and less athletic, and 1 year older too, how the f**k can a slow small and unathletic team with so few defenders like jones-beal-book-kd-nurkic even work in the modern era, like seriously this team is a disaster waiting to happen, lucky if they are even a play in team

    Three guard lineup with Jones, Beal and Book wonā€™t work. Those lineups wonā€™t defend or rebound well enough. Beal should drop the ego and accept the Manu Ginobili. He wonā€™t get touches in the starting lineup. He would get a ton coming off the bench.

    This CBA turned out to be a nightmare for players in the MLE tier. Don't get me wrong, happy the Suns got a player like this to further improve their roster, but no way should Tyus have been essentially jobless for as long as he was with so many good teams not looking to give him an opportunity.

    This is a beyond successful offseason, from the draft to free agency. Based on our cap flexibility, this is best case scenario. From no PGs on the roster to TWO PGs, who are very capable offensive engineers

    Iā€™m not a Suns fan but Iā€™m happy for the fan base. This is a home run move.

    That being said, Brad Beal needs to move to a 6th man role. I think the Suns next move, should be to trade Grayson Allen to BK for DFS. I never want to see KD at the 4 again. Especially at this point in his career and Nurk manning the paint.

    Phoenix Suns is going to play small ball like the Brooklyn Nets did with Harden 6,5 Irving 6'2, Harris 6'6, KD 6'11, Griffith 6'9 That small lineup was working they beat the Boston Celtics 4-1 they would have beat the Bucks if James Harden and Kyrie Irving did not get hurt KD was the only player 7' in that lineup Jones 6'1, Beal 6'4, Booker 6'6, KD 6'11 and Nurkic 7' can Jones be a facilitator like James Harden was for the Nets can Beal explode like Kyrie irving at the SG spot we know Booker will be better than Joe Harris at the SF spot KD is KD and Nurkic will be better than Griffith I think it will work like I said Nets would of been playing against Phoenix and the championship if Kyrie and James didn't get hurt and this Phoenix Suns team got a better bench than that Brooklyn Nets teamšŸ˜Š

    You do realize Phx did the exact same redundant move they did with Beal and Booker, now you got Monteā€™ and Tyusā€¦ you paid Grayson Allen. If a trade comes you look good for assets, but if not you got mid defense on the perimeter and mid defense on the interior. You will win games, but a ring is light years away.
