Man I can’t believe I finally listened to someone speak about the Mavs as a team after these offseason moves that actually knows wtf they’re talking about and is actually thinking logically like they understand the game of basketball!!! Omg!
People especially these media guys are really overthinking something that is really as easy as 123,and idk if they’re playing dumb because they’re really really in love with other teams or they’re just flat out idiots.
It’s simple! Team reaches the finals with a team that was put together midway through the season,team now has more experience,chemistry,and confidence aswell as full training camp with the trade deadline acquisitions.
Teams weakness entire playoffs and ultimately their downfall in finals (shooting) gets addresed with 4 good 3pt shooters (Grimes,Naji,Dinwiddie,Edwards),and the top 3 shooter,and catch and shoot player ever in Klay!
Not only that but you add waaay more ball handling with Naji,Grimes,and Spence. The defense you lose with DJJ you gain with Naji who also happens to be a better all around offensive player.
Thats not even mentioning the development of DLive,Hardy,and PJ!!
I just don’t understand how this isn’t viewed as a bigger deal and it’s more questions than answers from so called “experts”.
Are you a Mavs fan or something,because we seem like the only people who knows what this potentially means for the upcoming season😂
