DWade with praise for RJ Barrett’s game today: “18 points and it’s all within the flow of the offense. He’s not doing anything out of control or out of character, it’s a pretty style of basketball he’s playing right now […] when I say he is hooping, he is hooping man!”

He’s been hooping on offense since he got traded from the Knicks, now if his defense can follow he’ll be a hell of a steal.

Exact way he’s been playing with the raps since he got here too

  3. RJ been doing that since coming to the Raptors. A smooth and easy offensive game. It’s beautiful. If he can develop his defensive game, even a little bit, he has the potential and the tools to be a top 15 player in the league. Don’t forget, he is only 24 years old and seems like a veteran in the league already. Lots of experience at such a young age.

Wade showing him love makes me giggly inside

Does NBC/US have a B team for announcers? Because I’ve been watching the afternoon games on CBC and they’ve only had one guy doing play by play and colour by himself. Way to be cheap, CBC. If this was the Winter Olympics and Hockey was the sport I doubt this would be the case, they’d have 3 guys in the booth plus analysts for the intermissions.

Edit: and he keeps pronouncing Bruno Caboclo’s name weird lol

He’s actually got a bit of a similar game to Wade too in terms of drawing fouls/attacking the basket.
