It means Unity leads to strength/might/power. Literally translated it’s: Unity creates might. Basically just means strength in numbers or in an united front. It’s the slogan of my hometown footy club so I’m obligated to point this out.

As a Graphic Designer I would highly recommend you to take a better look at the fonts used. There a few that could be highly improved with a different ones. Also be careful of the shadows used, i don’t remember seeing logos with borders like that. That being said, congratulations! It’s clear you put a big effort here!

The Boston logo looks like what I imagine it to be when I watch documentaries of the Bill Russell and Larry Bird teams. The sense of them being this grand, respected institution with a great history of winning. It’s always jarring to see their actual logo and remember they’re represented by a cartoon leprachaun spinning a basketball.
