Jalen needs to stop being net negative as 1B and ALP needs to bring in shooting improvement. Addition of Tari + Adams will help.

I think some of the power ranking also has to do with proven success. Although the Rocket's improved last season, the teams you mentioned have top 20 players and beat us in the season series last season, if im not mistaken. Nevertheless im expecting us to have a great season.
