ideally, i wish he’d have signed a 2 year deal with Toronto. if they had of kept Kawhi, they would’ve been favorites for back to back, in 2019, and then they could’ve traded him to the Clips for a bit of value in return

Clippers didn’t have the requisite depth to keep on winning when he wasn’t on the floor. The Raptors were actually perfect for him to continue winning while managing his knee issue. Honestly it was one of the dumbest and most selfish things I’ve seen an NBA superstar do. We became irrelevant shortly after he left but we will come back to relevancy within a few years. Kawhi will just fade into obscurity in the final chapter his career.
