The NBA Cup: Unfinished business?

I am invested in and want to win the NBA cup. Tyrese played some of his best ball during our run last year. Do see “The Cup” as unfinished business, or is it just a blip on the radar in anticipation of later playoff glory?

it was fun when we were the underdogs and didnt even know if we would make the playoffs, but now that we’ve established ourselves as a likely perennial playoff team its less exciting. i still want to win it but its less important to me now because now it seems an actual NBA championship might be in reach.

Threw the ball up real quick and put his finger under it? Photoshop? Balls hanging on a string? How did they take that picture?

The IST run was exciting mainly because it seemingly came out of nowhere because most people had zero expectations

I still want them to win it, but won’t be too disappointed if they didn’t

The cup will be the best chance for this group to prove they can meet the expectations for 2024. Teams, especially in the East are going to be circling the Pacers on the schedule. They have to prove they can bring it night in and night out like the true great teams do.
