Intuit first thoughts

1. Disastrous beginning with the app and facial recognition not work. They didn’t let people in till around 7:30 (show was suppose to start at 8pm)

2. I was in the Terrance level and 2/3 escalators broke in the beginning.

3. The only entrance is basically the main entrance in the plaza. During busy events like today it could become a cluster but I’m sure it’ll get better when the facial recognition works? I hope

4. the only way down I found from the Terrance level were those 3 escalators and elevators and it got pretty bad with people shoving to get down/stay in their groups, if there’s only one way down from the bleeds, not a great design for busy game days/concerts

5. Airport terminal feel to it, I liked this, feels different from everyone other stadium

6. The facial recognition inside the stadium also was not working/slow. To get into concessions u stand until your face gets scanned and mine took while and I kept having to move forwards. Overall lots of issue with Face ID today at Intuit

7. The plaza is sick! The court is cool, the screen is cool, and it’s a nice big gathering area

8. The screen is huge. Curious to see how people feel about this. I’m excited to see what will be on the screen during basketball games but as far as concerts. Great quality, I’m ngl I spent 70% of the time looking at that. But I will say. It completely blocks the other Terrance on the other side which idk I didn’t like. I like being able to see the entire arena even from the nosebleeds during games at least. Even concerts

LOL I know a good amount of these were negative but damn the Intuit did have a lot of issues today. Curious to see how other people felt about it. It’s cool but all this ground breaking technology kind of make everything worse today
