I just watched that John Oliver episode about Hawaii. Hoping for the best.
When Steve and Steph sat down for interviews at Olympic training camp about Klay, they both made it pretty clear that media day/training camp was going to be brutal for them because that’s when it’ll hit them that Klay is really gone. So this trip sounds like it’s probably a coping mechanism of sorts to help deal with that. Hopefully it works, and it doesn’t end up being a kicking the can down the road kind of thing.
