Can you even bundle trade exceptions into deals with teams on an apron? I thought two big changes in the CBA were 1. No bundling of contracts to make money work 2. No exceptions being used to fill gaps. On and 3. I thought the money had to work out exactly (like not a dollar less kind of thing).
