MPJ was selected as the best shooter in franchise history! Who’s the best post player in Nuggets history?

Everyone is playing for 2nd place on this one.

  3. Voshon Lenard was for sure a better shooter than MPJ!!

It’ll be Jokic but Issell deserves love

  5. Averagebass

Crazy how good Jokic is at everything but perimeter defense.

  6. MPJ is honestly insane as best shooter imo. We’re grossly overvaluing volume, and while he shoots well — I think we’re still sleeping on Abdul-Rauf — yes yes I know — can be streaky.

Hell I might even take JR, Melo, or Chauncey over MPJ, but MPJ is definitely on that tier so meh.

also, obviously jokic for this one. s/o to my boy kenneth faried for being my post goat personally

  7. The guy who couldn’t hit during the championship run is the best shooter in team history? This entire poll has been invalidated.

Jokic number 1 by a light year. Number 2 is probably Issel, with honorable mention to Mutombo.

As noted by JJ Redick, a Nikola Jokic post-up was the #1 offensive play in terms of overall points per possession over a several year period. Not on the Nuggets — in the entire NBA.

For second place (because Joker is running away with first):

    Nene

What? He’s not even top four or five….Boooo..Recency bias!!!…Cheers! Go Nuggets!!!

Jokic and best role player is AG. The last 2 are not debatable

Jokic then AG and we’re done

I’ll give a little love to Marvin Webster…
