i see mitch aint safe no more
if mitch is injured, yes please trade for a center. but this team’s identity has never asked centers to do more then the bare minimum. so even though precious and jericho are below average even for our standards, centers in the thibs era have only been expected to not get in the way and play 4 v 5 on offense.
Ainge wants to fuck someone over for Kessler. Not saying a deal cant happen. Just reminding folks that Ainge is nauseating to negotiate with. Utah has Kessler locked up for two more seasons then they own his QO as a RFA. Ainge is in full control and he will use that to his advantage. Unless Danny Ainge calls Leon Rose with a reasonable deal in mind…move on.
Charlotte has not been seeking to move Nick Richards so far. That team is in talent acquisition mode. Richards is young, talented and fits a position of need. There’s little reason for the hornets to move him. We’re not exactly giving them any incentive w our potential trade packages so…yeah.
Robert Williams is always always always hurt. Like way more than Mitch. He’s cool when he’s available but are you going to give up assets to bring that guy on? We don’t exactly have much to give anyhow. We gonna give up some of our center depth to bring on an oft injured center? IMO Only way the Knicks pursue time lord this season is via buyout. I think he makes less than the full MLE so we should be able to pick him up that way.
