i understand richard’s point…the celtics were knocking at the door getting to the conference finals in 18,20,23 making the nba finals in 22 and then winning in 24. all philly has done is get to the semis

Embid is too old and hurt to carry Philly. But he and Steph would be the perfect complement for a chip. If Philly can trade embid for some of golden states young assets, warriors will win a title, and Philly with all those assets will win a title in a couple years. Maybe several titles each. That would be the dream trade for both organizations but Philly is kind of a circus. I wouldn’t expect them to figure that out.
