Moses Moody doesnāt have the coaches son look for Steve Kerr. Podz has been anointed and will not be removed from the spotlight.
I sometimes wonder if Moses' likeability clous people's minds on him. I really like Moses for multiple reasons, but there are several things he just doesn't do (that I'm convince they've tried to get him to do) and I certainly wasn't going to give him Klay's minutes often. I've never seen Moses moving with the ball and running his defender into a screen for an open 3 and he shoots well enough that he should be able to make that. He cuts to the basket without the ball but can't attack the basket with it (at best he has a decent snatch back or step back or long middy). He has some trouble guarding 3's (especially larger 3's) an he's not good guarding quick 1's. Really, His best trait is that fabulous hustle, good team defense and shockingly good shooting while col off the bench. He needs to develop more than hustle play, cuts, rebound put backs and spot up 3's.
Yea!! What is up with this??? Crazy!!!
Youre comparing Moody to players who play on teams that have either never won a championship, are not in a hurry to win a championship or just bad and young. None of those teams have superstar players either (specifically over 30) which comes with its own dynamics and short term expectations. I love Moody but your take here lacks context and so is misleading
Moody really fit the system more than JK…KJ may have more rewarding ability but Moody definitely fits better so I don't know why he can't get minutes!š¢
We all love Mo Moo, can we all be wrong and Kerr is the lonely island of right? Iām thinking no. Look back at why he ādiscoveredā the young talent that now get time. TJD- he was forced on him when Draymond was out and (canāt quite remember but . . .) I believe Looney and Saric were in foul trouble. JK went public, and BP was, well young, but forced his hand when Klay imploded. I think Moody is too loyal to Kerr. Make noise, fight for it and be an outsider.
Nice ending! Gonna be on youtube learn to edit! Thanks!
Pointless analysis. Most of those guys with lots of minutes were playing on losing teams.
