It is not a good sign when a player is unable to talk about weaknesses he wants to improve and how he sees himself within the team. It seems that this is an arrogant and self-centered child. Confidence is important, but a little modesty won't hurt. If he doesn't change his attitude, he won't get anywhere and neither will the team.
People saying Scoot is Blazed here, but y'all forget how young he is.
