  1. He wasn’t injured during the year he played in Toronto , it was also his last year on that contract , I m sure it was coincidence. 😂

  2. With Kawhi its not load management its injury management. Maybe he can only play 40 games a year. Thats better than 0 obviously.

  3. The timing of this is also very telling. Kawhi signs a multi year extension, now the trainer files the lawsuit revealing how bad Kawhi's health really is. Something that has been hidden, even from his teams, since the days of being on the Spurs.

  4. Kawhi just don’t wanna play anymore 😂 guy find any way to collect money by just chillin.

  5. As a Spurs fan I’m so glad uncle Dennis rid us of Kawhi. At the time I was mad but now I’m relieved. SAS is right about him.

  6. Problem is you have a room full of people telling a player when his body is ready. The player is the only person who can make that decision.

  7. Dr. Sutterer is incorrect. Knee cartilage (including femoral hyaline cartilage) has indeed been proven to regenerate in adults, using umbiblical cord stem cell injections into the knee joint. There are numerous published clinical studies demonstrating this. These services are typically done in Central and South America. Umbiblical cord stem cells are unique in that they can form chondrocytes, unlike PRP or other biotherapeutics. Stationary cycling approximately 15 minutes a day, twice a day, for about a year, while limiting unnecessary load bearing activities, helps greatly. This occurs easier in newer injuries than older, and in impaction cartilage fractures rather than missing cartilage. For example, if you recently dislocated your kneecap, and you get umbiblical cord stem cells injected into the knee to help a hyaline impaction fracture of cartilage (meaning the cartilage is still there, but suffered cracks, almost like a cracked eggshell), and you get the stem cells within say 4 or 5 months of the injury, that has a MUCH better chance at hyaline-quality regeneration sealing up those cracks, than, for example, getting umbiblical cord stem cells 10 years after an injury where cartilage was fully chunked off, and osteoarthritis thinning has spread everywhere. But it's a bit too strident to claim "knee cartilate cannot rengenerate". Yes, it can, but it takes a very expensive procedure, combined with recency of the injury, combined with careful and situationally correct rehab of the cartilage, which prioritizes cartilage regeneration in that first year, over overall knee muscle strengthening (ie hardcore load bearing leg workouts that strengthen the muscles at expense of the non-inflammatory joint enviroment). So it's an art, but yes, it can be good, and a detailed reading of emergent literature confirms this.

  8. And this when we all need to hold Stephen a smith accountable talking ish on national tv about kawhi he’s a disgrace to the culture bullying this man for years talking down on his career while kawhi is struggling smh

  9. Shouldn't have left Toronto. Alex McKechnie looked after Kawhi so welll he won a championship. Also, uncle Dennis is a straight up mastermind of a negotiator.

  10. It's pretty weird that this is the only team that his trainer decided to Sue despite the fact that there were so many problems in San Antonio and he kind of had a nagging issue in Toronto but here in the City of Los Angeles with the Clippers suddenly now he's not getting any medical information that he needs to do his job supposedly and now's the time to Sue right after they get the contract extension. I am calling bullshit.

  11. If ESPN is smart, they should invite you to First Take for REAL. ESPN would get some respect back to their shows.

  12. So, a Masseuse, for all intents and purposes, is trying to tell a Surgeon what downtime the player requires. Yeah, Kawai has become a total clown at this point.
