lol! Nobody was even talking about the Mavs last season, and they cleared the field in the playoffs with no home field advantage. They are better this year! It just took them a bit to gel with the new guys and Luka was a bit inconsistent as he didn’t play in pre season. Dallas is now cooking folks and they have stars sitting! All of their loses were by less than 3 points! Only team in the West that can truely compete in a 7 game series is OKC when healthy! What happened to the Knick’s last night? COOKED like a Butterball Turkey!!!🦃
Luka has to be in shape in April next year.
Perkins doubting Luka could carry the mavs to the finals when he isn't in perfect shape. He forgot that Luka wasn't fully healthy last season when he carried them to the finals or in 2022 when he himself brought them all the way to the wcf.
Mavs are a force to be reckoned with. I dont understand how some pundits dont see that. Mavs have already proven it in the last 3 years. Knicks haven't so far. I wouldn't take them over Boston or the Cavs in a second round.
0 chance the Knicks make the NBA Finals & probably not even the conference finals. They have no half court shot creation outside of Brunson which is going to limit them again in the playoffs. They don’t defend the 3 well & arent a great rebounding team anymore. They have very little depth which is likely going to result in 1 or more starters picking up injuries this year. Leon Rose is in the business of doing what’s best for CAA not the NY Knicks
