  1. Richard has stunted the growth of this team…. whenever someone gets the hot hand, he's benches them. Jarace is playing like a rookie because he's had no PT at all until now.

  2. Pascal is a real one. So glad we got him on our side. How about Mo Brown?! Welcome to the Pacers! 💪🏼

  3. Most basketball stars are what they are when they get to the league, they just refine their skills and figure out how to best apply them.
Pascal Siakam with his late start, seventeen when he first played organized basketball, built what he was with unrelenting hard work and laser focus on what he needed to do to become better.
He regularly reinvented himself over offseasons, sometimes from game to game, and occasionally during a game when teams started to gameplan for him,and the purpose was not just to get better, but to be the player his team needed to win.
He didn't talk much when he was younger, probably because he felt like he was just learning, but he listened and watched, and had great mentors.
I think he's talking more because he realizes the value of his accumulated knowledge about how to learn and adapt when things get tough.
Anyone who takes the time to consider what everyone was saying about him over the course of his career,he's just this,he can't do that,he'll never be this, that,or the other, and he proves them wrong…anyone who has paid any attention to his career will pay attention to what he has to say about the value of hard work with purpose, trusting that it will pay off even when times are tough, and being and doing whatever is necessary to make your team better and win.
Watched him since he was just a high motor guy that nobody thought had sufficient basketball skills and knowledge to ever be more than a guy who brings energy coming off the bench.

  4. This coach is killing me. How on earth can he not use Pascal more? He easily averages more than 27 points per game. The way we play this season, it's going to keep getting harder to win against good teams if we don't use Pascal more. It's really frustrating seeing Mathurin and Haliburton take more shots than Pascal, especially when he's having a career season in shooting percentage

  5. Spicy P's post-game speech boils down to two simple words: STAY HUMBLE.

There will always been hard times, but you're here amongst the big boys. You're not going to have a great game every game, but if you put in the work and stay focused and remain confident in your abilities, things will work themselves out.
