Murray talking about “lives outside of nba” is crazyyyy. Guys getting paid millions to work 4 months a year. Nothing fans with blue collar jobs hate more than talk like this.
I really cannot comprehend why the nuggets or Calvin booth signed Jamal to a max extension..Jamal is not an all star, much more an all NBA in his career, his stats last year, especially in the playoffs was terrible, even his Olympic stint with team Canada…Jamal is not, right now a top 40 player, he does not deserve a max extension…the nuggets should trade him for herro, maxey, hell, I would trade him for jpoole or Simons..

Jamal Murray needs to get better. He’s unfocused, that’s what that is. The conditioning is not there, inner fatigue stress.
Honestly I just think he’s pleased with that championship they won. Media has put so much emphasis on rings to be called honored as NBA’s greats so now that he’s accomplished that goal he don’t really care no more. His talent hasn’t went anywhere. He got his bread, he got his ring. Love for the game is not magnified in this generation that’s all.
Murray has problems with physicality. No Bruce Brown, no Caldwell Pope, no Gordon. No toughness. Only Jokic is the guy. Small props to Christian Braun.

Put some respect on MPJ's name – bros been the 2nd most consistent player behind jokic and Braun has yet to score single digits this season after being a bench guy for the past two seasons. MPJ is averaging 18.6 ppg, 2.9 assists (improvement over the never pass the rock jokes lol), and 7.2 rebounds. Imo he's living up to the contract he got – perfect role player with jokic
