Utah Jazz vs San Antonio Spurs: Victor Wembanyama scores 34!
Victor Wembanyama was massive for the San Antonio Spurs who outlasted the Utah Jazz and Lauri Markkanen. Markkanen left the game after banging knees with Wembanyama and had to be helped off the court. Utah is still right in the mix for the lottery and is hoping some other teams can help get them higher in the race for Cooper Flagg in the NBA draft.

I guess one question, why do we want to trade Sexton to a contender team? It helps them but what do we get back from it outside of some cap space and maybe late picks? Like we are getting lucky with the Wolves right now, but I'm just confused why a Sexton trade would be good for the Jazz. Thanks!

Btw that Castle three at the end of the game was for point differential which someway matters in this in-season cup. Good game and hopefully my fellow Finn Lauri gets back fit soon.

Saw some Collins to Dallas rumors. Not sure they actually have any legs. Also…is Philly tanking? It looks like they are tanking…hard. That was not on my 2024-25 bingo card.
Tankathon seems pretty realistic. NBA seems to hate Utah and always drops them in the draft. Meanwhile the Spurs is the only small market team that the NBA likes. I could see them adding Cooper to Wembanyama.
