That’s the issue dinwiddie is not meant to play a 11th man guy this is the same guy who almost won 6 man of the year too not to long ago averaging 20 points of the bench Im not saying give Dinwiddie control and the green to do whatever he wants but you need to let him do his thing and not leave him in the corner because that’s not who he is and play him better minutes I’m not saying give him more no I’m saying play him at the start of the second not the last 3 minutes of the second then play him all of 3 quarter than 4 and expect him to do great

You are missing the point. His offense is great (better than expected), at times he drived and gets the ball ripped away, but defense has got to significantly improve. He is giving up lots of big threes to the guys he guards. The Mavs are sorely missing DJones Jr's perimeter defense. More than his impressive offense, the Mavs' NEED is on defense and particularly perimeter defense. Enough people can score. Point of the matter.

Dinwiddie could score 20 a night if he got the minutes. He can get on some real heaters
