Crazy how many good coaches come from working under Kerr.
The assist to turnover ratio stat about Sam Merrill is from last season. I looked at the wrong year somehow. Merrill was 2nd in assist to turnover ratio last year, he isn't this year. Other than that, I hope you enjoyed the video

These cavs are good no doubt about it. However never forget the cavs best point guard, Mark (at any) Price from back in the day.

Id say the two most suprsing things have to be the minutes rotation by kenny and the production from Ty Jerome. His per 36 minute line is 22 7 4 and 3 steals 👀

They move the ball and get open looks (high TS percentage), one of the highest paces in the league (forcing teams to adjust to them), Already had lockdown defense, bringing back the same team they had last year (chemistry is already there).
Hot start, I don't think so. This team can win at a high clip without playing hero ball unlike the last 2 years…..and they've still got at least 2 all stars on the team. Finals is a huge prediction, but right now they're looking locked in to take the next step and get to the ECF.

I was one of the guys who was so down on Garland and can say without doubt that his resurgence has given the team the confidence to win any game. Mobley has put on 20 lbs and is bullying guys down low and his handles look amazing.
